"Al come on we are getting late!" Zayn yelled i opened my crazy bun and my natural curly hair fell down to my waist i i brushed the top part and then ran downstairs

"Mrs Aleezay Malik?" the nurse said we both got up and went inside

"Alrighty so you are having a little baby boy" the doctor said "Yes! i knew it!" Zayn said i smiled "Congrats you two! Aleezay dear, keep eating healthy food and no stress" the doctor said i nodded and smiled

"Well guys looks like its going to be a little Zayn" i said "Yay! its a boy!" Jawaad said "Your still happy right?" Aliyah asked "Of course i am hun" i said she nodded

"I am so happy for you two!" Mum said and hugged us "What will you name him?" Doniya asked "we are thinking about Imran" Zayn said i nodded "Yeah its cute" Wali said "Nickname?" Mom asked "Imu?" i said laughing "Unique" Yousuf bhai said i smiled

"I got some clothes for the baby" i said showing Zayn "Nice" he said "I could tell you wanted the baby to be a boy" i said "Yeah when i was little i always wanted a son so i could show him how to do all the sports i do" he said "Aww thats cute" i said "your still happy right?" Zayn asked "Of course! I love my two little boys" i said smiling he smiled

"Fatima bhabhi please dont force me" i cried "Al you forced me to drink big giant glasses of fruit smoothies now its your turn" she said sternly i sighed and started to drink it "Bhabhi i am done" o said "Dang your belly has a bump now" she said "I know i feel like a potato" i said pouting "Hey you still look beautiful" She said "No i don't i miss my old body" i cried "Oh god Al your mood swings" she said

Fatima's POV

I put covers over Al and then left

She was staying over while Zayn had to go to his mom's place for his cousins birthday party Aleezay wasnt feeling good so Zayn dropped her here

"Hamza beta please dont hit your sister" i said Yousuf came looking stressed "Hey love what happened?" i asked "Work is tiring" he said i nodded "Go get fresh i will warm up dinner" i said "Okay" he said

Aleezay's POV

I woke up i got a text from Zayn

Hi babe i miss you! hope you feeling better

I smiled

I replied

Hi i miss you more! and i am better :) love you 💕

I got up

My bump was pretty big

I brushed my hair and then went downstairs

"Aleezay baji!" Aliyah yelled and helped me down "I am okay" i said

I got a text

I am coming to pick you up now

I replied

Jaan can we stay at my moms? I really dont want to sit in the car

I felt like throwing up i ran to the bathroom and threw up

Yousuf bhai held my hair "Its okay. your alright" he said i washed my mouth "bhai i cant wait till i am done with pregnancy too much throwing up" i said he laughed "Trust me. I have seen Fatima throw up more and the cravings have made me crazy" he said i smiled

Zayn's POV

I knocked on the door i saw Aleezay she was looking gorgeous her bump got bigger then before

"Hi come in" she said "Bhai Zayn's here" she said "Hey soon to be daddy how are ya?" he asked giving me a bro hug (whatever you wanna call it lol) " i am good you?" I asked "A little tired from my two crazy kids and work" he said i smiled "Trust me thats going to be me soon. Even Aleezay is a little kid i have two little kids to watch" i said Aleezay hit me my arm playfully all of them laughed "i am not a kid" she protested i smiled

"Aisha this is A" i said she laughed

"BHAI! ALEEZAY BAJI FAINTED!" Jawaad yelled i got up and ran to Al's room she wasn't responding i called the doctor

"She is absolutely healthy she just is a little sick" the doctor said i nodded "Just feed her no unhealthy stuff and give her vitamins and water" she said "Alright thanks" i smiled

Aleezay's POV

I woke up i had a headache Zayn came in "I feel so sick" i cried he sat next to me and held my hand "Couple more months love" he said "Please lay down with me" i said he nodded and laid next to me we both cuddled

"Zayn?" i whispered he was sleeping i kiss his cheek and fell asleep

I cant wait to welcome my little baby boy to this world 💕
