No one's P.O.V
     
      "Okay naru you can do this there is nothing to worry about." naru said laughing nervously, pacing around the room

"Hey naru, are you okay you've been talking to yourself for the past three hours." lisanna asked in a somewhat worried tone.

"Its nothing. nothing at all." naru said still laughing nervously before falling face first on the bed. "Okayyyyy. Anyways, get some sleep we're leaving once the sun comes up don't want to be late now do we."

"Of course not don't want to be late for all the pain." naru said saying the last part in a low tone as he soon let the darkness take over

"Ha those guys were nothing but talk" naru said now stepping on one of the bandits. "Are you really in any position to speak. After all. All you did was hide. You were pretty much useless". Lisanna said in a pretty harsh tone. Naru gasped, as the word useless crushed him.

"Lisanna you're really mean." natsu said as he started shedding anime tears. "And You really are funny naru." lisanna said laughing at the crying naru that was on the floor. "Anyways, I will be going ahead to the guild you can help me get the reward okay." "Aye, but i also need you to do me a favor. Please don't tell anyone about this." naru said after dusting his clothes. "Yeah, sure I won't tell anyone about your tragic failure." lisanna said walking away as she waved at naru with the back of her hand facing him.

'You know it wasn't really necessary to say it that way Lis.' Naru thought, sulking while walking towards the direction of the client's house

"Am back." naru said as he opened the guild's door but instead of the normal greeting the guild was laughing at something lisanna said. "Yo what's so funny guys?" Naru asked moving closer to get in on the gist.

"Here comes the chicken that couldn't handle a group of wannabe bandits." Someone among the crowd shouted as the guild burst into
laughter. "Come on lisanna what do you expect from someone who lost to happy of all people." Another person said causing the guild to erupt into another round of laughter except for lisanna that was trying to make them stop laughing, Erza that was eating her strawberry cheese cake and natsu, Lucy and gray that were out on a job.

"It seems the old man is taking this whole guild master thing for granted." Laxus said now coming down from the second floor to meet naru.

"After all. It's trash like you that makes fairy tail weak!" Laxus said as he punched naru in the guts causing naru  to fly across to the other side of the guild.

"Laxus, that's enough!." Erza said standing up from where she was eaten, slowly making her way to laxus, causing most of the guild members to back off a little. "You are not allowed to fight a member of fairy tail." "Tch, weak." Laxus said as he walked out of the guild.

"Hey naru are you okay." Lisanna said running over to Naru's side.

As lisanna tried to get naru to stand up, he pushed her off of him causing lisanna to fall down a little roughly. "Don't ... Touch... Me." Naru panted in between each word as he tried to pick himself up. "Hey Naru don't take your anger out on lisanna, she's just trying to help after all, she is your friend." Erza walked up to Naru putting her hand on naru's shoulder.

The next thing that happened came as a shock to the whole guild as Naru slapped Erza's hand away.

"Friend you say. Family you say , stop kidding me!. The moment I came to this guild I knew your comrade and family talk was all a farce. I never had a family damn not even friends but I still had hope that fairy tail could show me a little, just a little bit of how it feels to have friends, to have a freaking family. But I was wrong you guy are just...." Naru shouted holding back the tears that threatened to fall.

The whole guild became silent after Naru's outburst. They were surprised because this was the first time naru really said anything about himself. They were also feeling guilty as to see that their joke had brought back some of the ugly memories that naru tried to forget.

"Naru we are so sorry we never knew anything about you. We also never really meant to hurt you." Lisanna said trying to move closer to naru, but backed off as naru gave her a really scary look. "Am tired. Please don't follow me." Naru said as he made his way to the entrance of the guild holding his shoulder and leaving behind a very confused guild that all thought, 'how the hell did this turn out this way
