Alec's POV

"Magnus?", I ask

"Yes, my love?"

"Nothing." I get up and go inside the bathroom.

I really want to marry Magnus but I don't think he'll want to. I sit down on the floor.

What if I'm not good enough for Magnus? What if he wants to break up with me? Dear god please don't let that happen.

I get off of the floor and exit the bathroom and walk over to Magnus and kiss him with all my might. He closes his eyes then lays on the bed. I deepen the kiss with every move I make.

He opens his eyes and stops the kiss.

I get off him and just look at him.

Magnus POV

I turn to Alec and ask him," do you want to visit your family?"

He looks at me and replies with,"only if we visit yours."

I look down and say,"I-I-don't want t-t-o."

"Magnus," he says with a soft voice.

*flashback*

"Magnus this Is for your own good"

"No, please dad ,please don't do this!"

Within a second he hit Magnus as hard as he could with a whip.

"AHHHHHHHH!"

He had put the whip down and had gotten the knife. He had a hold of Magnus hand and cut it like what had seemed 10000000 times. He did the same to the other.

"Dad, please, please." Begged Magnus.

With one last look Magnus saw a metal pot heading for his head.

*end of flashback*

"Magnus," Alec said as he started to approach me.

I look away hiding my tears

"Alec," I manage to choke out.

He holds me while I cry on his shoulder.

"Alec, please don't ever hurt me," I manage a whisper.

He looks at me and says, "Magnus Bane, I swear to forever love you and never, ever hurt you as long as I live."
