"Why is it hard to let go of someone even though they don't want us to stay already?"
I heard him say.
I heard the person I love say.
It has been a year already but maybe the answer was, "We stay because we hope. We are hoping that even if our whole being says it's impossible, there is still a chance that one day, we'll be chosen by the one we love."
So I drown myself with my thoughts.
Because I still can't stop hoping.
I still can't stop hoping that one day, you'll be able to choose me at last.
