Kymberli: Growing up for me wasn't a nice white picket fence story. I didn't start living with both of my parents until i was about 8 years old and that was only because my grandparents divorced. That was really hard for me because my grand-dad was the only father figure i've known. Living with both of parents wasn't easy either. Domestic abuse between my parents taught me a lot. Wasn't traumatizing at all. Just made a huge difference on how i viewed life. I was pretty independent. Didn't bond with my parents right away. Never got a lot of kisses, never got a lot of love, never got many hugs. Just me , my thoughts, my music, and my books.
