For those of you who are interested in reading Island of Voidance, I just tried to update it. I was literally almost done with the chapter when the page unexpectedly reloaded. I didn't save my work because I was almost done with the chapter and didn't want to update 30 times for one chapter (I'm feeling generous today). I had close to 700 words and now I have 339. I barely remember what I wrote and it's currently 3:52 AM. I'm going to update the book later today. In the meantime, I'll write a new one or update a different one.
BTW... This all happened because I was googling middle names so I could give my character one.
I decided on Bernice, which is a Greek word that means bringer of victory. My characters new name is Sumejhaleene Bernice Xiang.
I gave her the middle name because I was hoping to use it somehow in the book. I wonder how...
[Sume is on the ground, near defeat, but hasn't given up hope yet while the villain is doing maniacal stuff]
Villain: Muhahaha! I'm unstoppable now!
Sume: I wouldn't count on it!
V: Too bad! You're just little Sumejhaleene Xiang. You can't do anything to stop me!
S: [has an idea and stands up] You're wrong!
V: (clueless) What?!?!
S: My name is Sumejhaleene Bernice Xiang and this little girl is going to kick your butt!
V: [laughs] What type of a middle name is that?
S: [while villain is laughing, brings out her ultimate powers XD] My name is Sumejhaleene Bernice Xiang and Bernice?
V: [blinks]
S: It stands for BRINGER OF VICTORY! [defeats the villain with all her power]
V: [dies instantly]
