Chapter 5

" ok for the shool festival next month our class will be presenting a play" sabi nung Adviser namin.

"~ EHHH HOW ANNOYING!!! BOOO BOO" sabi ng mga kaklase ko

" Don't worry ako ang may gawa ng play and ako din ang magdi-direkt. and all of the characters will be decided fairly."

nagbunot bunot kami to determine our roles so

Ako- stage crew

Mae- costume a design

Angela- lead role

at yung iba wala na akong care.

" ah Mae yung basketball club will be doing something so please come"

" thanks for inviting me"

Mae's POV

i didn't know that making costumes could be so fun. right now the costume and design team are starting to make the props and costumes for the play

" Mae" classmate ko na si Cassy

" Bakit?"

 " Just wanted to ask if you and Jay are dating"

" WHATT???"

" ahh i heared that you two skipped classes and went on a date..... that's the rumor going around now."

 

JAY"S POV

saan kaya ang tools na yun? can you help me find them? if you find them just yell TOOLS. ( A/C: ano bayan Jay mala Dora the Explorer kana -__-)

" Y-YOU MISUNDERSTOOD!" huh si Mae yun ah. bakit kaya sya nagpapanic

" Jay is just so kind that he's helping me.... like a volunteer.. we don't have any romantic relationships"

tsss what's with her thinking that i'm like a volunteer..

" Jay!"

" did you finish your work?"

" uh no hindi pa kase i'm looking for the tools"

" good timing. tapos na kase ako sa dress ni Angela and the embroidery club gave me a cute design... look" tapos tinapat niya sa kanyang sarili parang sinusukat ba or something

* lub dub lub dub*

" Cute diba?"

" y-yeah cute"

" it will definitely suit Angela"

"too"

"huh?"

" i mean, it would suit you too..... definitely"

" impossible. this kind of dress wouldn't suit me. i'm flattered though. You are really a nice person"

" it's not flattery" sabi ko in an annoyed tone

" i'm not nice, i'm not helping you like a volunteer. it's not like that. you have a lot of good traits, you're nice and i think you're cute too"

f*ck did i just confess to a girl?

"hello?"

" saan kaba naghanap ng tools, bilisan mo na kasi kulang kami sa tao"

" sorry, i'll go there now" binaba ko na ang phone ko at palabas na sana ng door pero bago ako tulunyang umalis

" MAe just so you know this is my first time calling a girl cute" at tumakbo na ako palayo

Angela's POV

Natapos nadin ang practice and i headed back to the classroom then i saw Jay's uniform just laying, unfolded on his desk. So normally, I being such a good friend fixed it up for him. While I was folding his uniform a thought came to me

' if Jay ever got a girlfriend I wonder if she would be doing this as well'

Mae's POV

My heart is still beating like a drum after what Jay said to me. If you were in my shoe ano kaya ang feeling mo ( comment lang kayo : D)

i was just passing by the room when i saw Angela inside hugging Jay's uniform

'ahh i think she saw me

"um  i'm sorry ..... i didn't mean to see."

" perhaps this cape is the property of the prince. I wonder if I can see him if I hold on to this . I want to see you again my Prince"

but lines yun sa play ah

 oh she looked at my direction

" hahhah nag prapractice lang ako medyo nakakahiya kasi nakita mo ako. Yung uniform ni Jay was just here so i borrowed it"

i -- i thought that she also liked Jay but then again she was just practicing for the play..... everything was a misunderstaning

Angela asked me to help her memorize her lines so i did.

Rance's POV

"why are there so many students crowded in one room?" i asked a girl who just clung to me a while ago.

she didn;t answer so i went there for my self only to find

" what the hell is that you're wearing? are you doing a cosplay or something?"

" shut up! it's not cosplay you moron it's a costume, I'm playing Alice for our presentation"

" tchee hindi naman bagay sayo!" then walked away. I heared her scream " WALANG YA KA RANCE!!!"

JAy's POV

* the day of the play*

" Bye Ma"

" Be carefull"

While i was walking i caught sight of Angela who looked really tired, maybe it's just because she's nervous for the play...

" Yo Angela wala ata ang usual glow mo ngayon ah"

" Morning" mahina niyang sabi

" Tss don't worry chill ka lang"

habang naglalakad kami papuntang school napansin kong hindi nakasunod saakin si Angela, paglingon ko sa likod

nakita ko syang nakahiga sa cemento!!!!!

"ANGELA!!!!!"
