Michael's POV:
“Hey, I'm talking to you!” I could hear my brother, Monte, say as I snapped out of my thoughts.
“What?” I ask, trying to keep my mind off of the beautiful man sitting beside Monte.
“Really?” Monte replied, a look of 'are you kidding’ on his face. “What do you want?”
“Oh. Um... just a cheese burger.” I reply, looking down at the menu in my hands before handing it back to the waitress. I look over to Monte, who had a concerned look on his face.
“What's gotten into you?” He asked as even the gorgeous angel among humans picked up on my 'strange’ behavior.
“It's nothing, really.” Truth is, it was something. Kevin and I have been friends for the past four years, since he ran away from his, so called, family. Recently, he's come out to Monte and I as being gay and I couldn't be more grateful for it. Okay, long story short, I'm bisexual. Yes, I, Michael Alan Money, am bisexual. And I'm in love with my best friend, Kevin Thrasher.
“Bull.” Monte said, quickly. “Michael, I know you better than that! You may think you're good at hiding emotions, but your not me good at it.”
“Monte.” I'm starting to get nervous. He knows something's up.
“What's wrong, kiddo?” Monte is relentless.
“Nothing I'm willing to talk about.” I reply. I just wanna get him off my back. I could feel Monte internally sigh.
“When you're ready, Kev and I are here.” With that, Monte stood to walk away, heading for the restrooms. I looked over to Kevin, who seemed to be worried.
“Will you tell me?” He asked. To which I simply shook my head in a silent 'no.’ “Okay. When we get back home?”
“Maybe.” I replied, wanting so bad to tell Kevin how I feel. Maybe someday, I'll be able to.

Kevin's POV:
Holy shit, Michael's hot! I want so badly to tell him how I feel. How I've always felt. But I can't. I'm only fifteen, nowhere else to go. Monte and Michael's parents are literally the only family I have and I don't want them to disown me like my mom did. I don't want Monte to hate me, either. I don't want Michael to think I'm a freak.
“Kev,” I hear Michael call from the doorway of our room. “Can I tell you something? It's about earlier.”
“Sure, man.” I reply, my heart pounding a bit as Michael sat down next to me.
“I'm sure you know about my sexuality, right?” I shook my head in a silent 'no.’ “well, I'm bi.” Is this the moment I've been waiting for? “And I have this crush on someone.” My heart sank into my stomach. He likes someone else. “And I don't know if he likes me ba-” I couldn't take it anymore. I had to do something. I grabbed Michael's face, colliding my lips with his. At first, it felt wrong. Like he hated it. But, soon enough, he started to kiss back. Running his hand up my thigh, he soon put an arm behind my back. I deepened the kiss as I placed a hand behind his head. I didn't want to pull away, but did. “You okay?”
“N-no” I replied, looking down at my feet. I felt a hand on my lower back as Michael began to rub small circles on it.
“When you're ready, I'd like for you to be my boyfriend.”
“I'd love to.” I smiled out at him. I guess things are starting to look up for me after all.
