Alison's POV (Point of View)

Ever since I got into the moving van I stared out the window with thoughts in my head. Wondering what Autumn Woods is like. Will I make any friends here? Will I be happy there? It's kinda hard to figure out my own questions when my twin brother Zack keep nudging me in the arm asking if I'm okay.  "Hey Alison... Are you okay?" He said as he kept nudging my arm. I didn't answer him, I didn't feel talking, I just wanted to be left alone listening to my sad music. " Alison? Please talk to me. Don't shut me out." He said putting his arm around me trying to comfort me. Finally after sitting in the van for five hours we made made it to the new house. It was a nice, old , and big house it was even bigger than the house we lived before. "Hey Zack. Come help me take these boxes in the house." My mother said as she was caring a few boxes into the new. "Sure I'll be right there." He said. I got out of the van looking at the house for a good minute wondering how my life will be different from now on. "Do you like the new house?" said my dad coming up behind me. "It's okay" I replied to him looking down at the ground. "Are you still upset with me?" He asked me "I don't know, maybe? I said "Oh come on, What if you like it here." He said "Well what if I don't!" I shouted at him. I walked off with out saying another word to him. I could hear him sigh to him self as I was walking towards the house. I went in the new house and it looks just as nice as it does on the outside. Though the house is empty I couldn't help but to admire how beautiful the house was. Even if it was covered in dust and looked like no one had lived here for years. I went upstairs to look for Zack, I finally found him in one of the big rooms. "Zack? Can we talk?" I said standing by the doorway. "Sure. What do you want to talk about?" He responded as he was putting his stuff down in a corner. "Do you like the new house?" I asked. "Yeah I really do and I think I like this room." He said looking around. "Well I want to go back to the old house." I said. "Are you kidding? This house is way better than the old one." He said. "You're just saying that because your room is bigger which means you'll have more stuff for your nerd cave." I said rolling my eyes. "It's not a nerd cave it's more of a science lab." He rolled his eyes. Are you going to unpack or are you just going to stand there a look pretty." He responded. "Maybe? It doesn't sound like a bad idea." I said flipping my long, blonde, wavy hair. He rolled his eyes at me. "Okay, whatever but just so you know you have to unpack your own things if not you'll be sleeping on the floor with the critters." He said giggling. " Eww! No way am I sleeping on this dirty floor!" I said as I cringed. "I'm sure they wouldn't mind if an extra critter joins them." He said as he walked into the hallway. "You jerk" I mumbled. "I heard that!" He shouted as he was going down the stairs to get more boxes. Even my own brother doesn't understand how I feel right now. I wish this was all just a nightmare and that I will wake up soon. "Ali? Ali come on these boxes aren't going to unpack themselves." said Zack as he was walking down the hallway. Well looks like standing here looking pretty isn't an option. I better start unpacking before my nerdy twin brother comes back. After two hours and a half we finally got all the boxes out of the moving van and I was so hungry and tired. I went downstairs to find everyone in the living room discussing what we were going to have for dinner. "On the way here I saw a pizzeria. Anyone want pizza?" said dad. "Sounds great honey!"said mom shouting as she was still unpacking boxes. "That's sounds good! Please get stuffed crust too!" He said shouting still helping mom unpack boxes. "Well I'm heading out. Alison do you want to come with me?" He asked. " No thanks, I'd rather not." I said as I was about to head upstairs. "Come on. It's not that far from here and you'll get a look of the new town. What do you say?" He said really wanting me to go with him. "Alright fine I'll go." I said not really wanting to go but I've stressed him enough. "Okay then, I'll meet you in the car." He said as he was walking out the door. So I got in the car and we drove off. The town was so pretty at night, all the bright light in the stores, and the park was so beautiful. The trees had lights around them, the flowers were so colorful, and down each path way had little lanterns, but my part of it all was the big fountain in the center. I could sit and watch the water flow all day. "We're here." said dad taking off his seatbelt. We put in our order and waited a while. The pizzeria smelled so good and I hoped the pizza tasted good as well. As we waited a boy that looked about my age came in and looked at me for good minute. I looked back at him and he smiled at me. He had the most cutest smile and he was so handsome I couldn't help but to smile back and blush. "Are you ready to go." My dad ask holding the pizza box. "Oh... yeah... let's go." I said awkwardly hoping that my dad didn't see me staring at the boy. As I was about to open the car door I had to get one last look at him. I looked up and he was standing there by the window looking at me with that cute smile. I got in the car and we drove off. On the way home I couldn't stop thinking about that boy with the cute smile. There was just something about him that made me feel different in way that couldn't be explained. We finally got home with the pizza and I ate till I couldn't eat anymore. I definitely will go back to that place for pizza. I went upstairs to my room and since my bed is ready yet I lied down on the mattress and covered myself with my fuzzy blanket. As I was about to fall asleep Zack came into my room and told me goodnight. As I was half asleep I told him goodnight as well and then I was out just like that.
