Jin sat at the back of an ambulance as a paramedic wrapped his arm. "Thanks." He says as he holds his arm close to him. A woman that looked about in her mid forties walks over to him. "Hello, I'm detective Kim. Your friend over there.." she begins to say as she glances over at Jimin who was sitting at the back of another ambulance with a blanket wrapped around him, just spacing out with a blank expression on his face. She turns back to Jin, continuing, "..doesn't seem like he's gonna be speaking anytime soon. So do you mind answering some questions?"

Jin nods his head and she begins with the questions. "Alright, so what happened here?"

Jin takes a deep breath, "It was a guy we knew in high school. He just wanted revenge."

"And why did he want revenge?"

Jin looks over at Jimin, "He just wanted something he couldn't have." He looks back at the detective, "And it made him crazy."

She nods as she writes some things on a notepad. "Well we've been looking for this guy for awhile now and thanks to y'all, we found him. Though, we would've liked him alive, but oh well." She glances up at him with a smile and then continues writing more on the notepad.

Jin was shocked to hear he was dead. "Wait, Hoseok is dead?"

She looks up at Jin and says, "Oh yeah, whoever knocked him upside the head sure did a number on him. Must of hit him just right because he's definitely dead. But don't worry, we know it was self defense so no one is in trouble."

"Hey! This one is still alive!" A guy yells from the edge of the woods, making everyone look towards him, even Jimin. A few paramedics run toward the guy as Jimin gets up from the ambulance. "Yoongi."

"Woah guy, you need to sit back down. You might be hurt."

"Yoongi! I need to see if it's Yoongi." He goes to run away and the paramedic yells after him. "Hey! Someone stop him."

Jimin runs as fast as he can to the paramedics surrounding the mysterious body on the stretcher. Once he approaches, one of the guys stop him. "Woah, you need to go back."

"No! I need to know if it's my fiancé.. please! Please!" He yells trying to push through the large man and he manages to get a peek and sees it's definitely Yoongi. "Yoongi! Oh my god. It's my fiancé, please!"

The paramedic gives up and lets him through and he stumbles over to the stretcher. "Oh my god. Yoongi." He begins to sob, grabbing Yoongi's hand as he moved the wet hair from Yoongi's forehead then caressing the side of his face. Yoongis eyes were closed but he was slightly breathing.

"We have to get him to the hospital as soon as possible or he won't make it." One of the paramedics say to Jimin. He looks up at the guy and asks, "Can I please go with him?"

"I don't think—"

One of the other guys hits him, interrupting him with, "Just let him go, can't you see he's been through enough?"

The paramedic nods and says, "Alright, come on."

They load Yoongi into the ambulance and begin to hook him up to an IV and try hard to stop the bleeding from his back. Before Jimin gets in he looks at Jin, who was looking at him, gives him a slight smile and then goes to get inside the back of the ambulance. It drives off and the paramedic in the ambulance Jin was sitting on, tells him to get in so they can take him to get stitches and make sure he was really okay.

A couple of hours pass and Jin finally gets his arm stitched up and all the tests and blood work came back fine. They released him with a prescription for pain meds and instructions on taking care of his wounds.

He asks the nurse at the front desk about Yoongi and she tells him he's in ICU but can have visitors so he goes to visit him.

When he gets to the room, he knocks on the door lightly and then slowly goes inside finding Jimin standing at his bed. He was pulling the covers up over Yoongi and adjusting his arm to make sure he wasn't cold, even though Yoongi wasn't even awake.

He looks back and sees Jin standing there. "Oh Jin, hi."

"Hey Jimin. How's Yoongi doing?"

He looks down at Yoongi with a smile, and then rubs the back of Yoongis hand, sitting it down gently. "He's doing much better." He turns to Jin. "Fortunately, When Hoseok stabbed him, he didn't do much damage, missing the main organs. He just bled a lot, so he needed a blood transfusion." He looks back at Yoongi with a smile, placing his hand on top of Yoongi's, "But other than that, he's doing great."

"That's great Jimin. I'm really glad he made it."

He looks back at Jin, his smile fading, "What about you, are you okay?"

Jin takes a deep breath and then lifts his arm showing Jimin his bandage, "Oh yeah, I just needed some stitches, nothing serious." He says as he chuckles.

Jimin presses his lips together and lowers his head to Jin, looking up at him through hooded eyes, knowing damn well Jin isn't okay. "I know you're physically okay but, I know you're not emotionally. I'm really sorry about Namjoon."

Jin nods his head as he holds his arm, "Yeah, me too. I tried but I'm only human. I can only do so much. I just wish I would have told him exactly what he meant to me, but.." He stops talking and just shrugs.

Jimin hugs him, catching him off guard, "It's okay Jin. I'm sure Namjoon already knew. We could all kinda tell." He pulls away from Jin, still keeping his hands on Jins shoulders. "You can't blame yourself. You did more than anyone could."

Jin nods, "Thanks Jimin."

Jimin smiles, "Of course Jin." He backs away from Jin, looking back at Yoongi again, "And I just want to say," He looks back at Jin, "Thank you for saving my life. If you hadn't stopped Hoseok when you did, I would have just let him kill me. But, then Yoongi would have lived and I wouldn't have been here."

"It's no problem Jimin. We're friends. That's what friends do."

Jimin gives Jin a smile, with a little giggle, which makes Jin smile as well. "Yeah, well I'm definitely thankful for our friendship."

"And I am too. But I think I'm gonna go and let y'all have some time alone. I'm gonna go take a shower and tell Joons family what happened.."

"Okay Jin. Be careful."

Jin nods and goes to walk out but Jimin stops him, "Oh and Jin?"

Jin turns back to him, "Yeah Jimin?"

"Wake up."
