"Josh, I'm scared. There's so many people here." Tyler said, sheepishly peeking at the dozens of cars parked on the street and in the driveway.
"It'll be okay. I told Brendon to meet us outside, so we don't have to go looking for him in the big crowd." He told Tyler with a small smile. Both of the boys knew how big of parties Brendon threw, especially on Friday nights. Tyler had known Brendon for years, meeting each other when Brendon's band had first started. Ty was at one of his shows, and after it was over, he found himself talking with Brendon about it. He helped Brendon pack up the equipment from the performance. After everything was all put away and it was time for them to part ways, Brendon found himself slipping a note with a phone number on it into Tyler's pocket. Ever since that night, Tyler and Brendon have been best friends.
"What's up bitches?!" Tyler was instantly pulled from his thoughts as he looked through the car window. He knew that voice from anywhere, even after one too many drinks. It was Brendon. He opened the car door as fast as he could and hopped out only to be engulfed in a hug. Tyler hasn't seen Brendon in over a year and even though they had many phone calls together, they both had really missed each other.
"It's been forever. I miss hanging out with you B." Tyler said, eyes watering.
"I've missed it too T. Thanks for coming and since I know parties aren't really your thing, I found some of our friends. Ryan, Patrick, Pete, Melanie, Halsey, Gerard, and Frank are here in the spare bedroom. I invited them, thinking that they would make this party more enjoyable for you." Brendon said with a concerned look an his face. Tyler was speechless. He didn't know what to say, so he just hugged Brendon so more and started crying. He hadn't seen all of his friends in years, and defintely not all together in the same place.
"Thank you Brendon." Tyler whispered in his ear.
"Of course. Now let's go see them." Brendon said walking in between Josh and Tyler towards the house.
