I couldn't handle another villan attack, my ribs hurt too bad. Its be 12 hours and 45 minutes since I left home this morning to head to school for the day. After about the 3rd villan is when the pain really started to settle into my chest. The burning constricting pain causing me to now be ontop of this roof panting and holding my torso. Groaning I slow brought myself to my feet and jumped of the build swinging off into the city.

Slowly I slipped in through the window of my room and quickly removed the spider suit. Taking in ragged breaths I reached up to slide the black binder up over my head. After a slight struggle I got the spandex/nylon garment off my shoulders and over my head.

Looking over in the mirror I brought up an arm to cover...those things...another hand coming up to lightly touch the dark bruising that littered my chest. A wince and hiss came from the simple touch before I turned away from the mirror to find myself more comfortable clothes to change into. Pulling a hoodie off the floor bringing to my face I sniffed it. Being satisfied with the light smell to it I slipped it over my head before turning my attention to the discarded suit on the floor. The dark blue and red screaming back at me from the floor. Sighing I picked the suit up bringing it over to the closet and placed it in the lock box on the floor.

A knock on the door filled the room as the knob turned with a creak I still havent fixed. My Aunt May poked her head through the crack and smiled at me.
"Hey Peter, I didnt hear you come home! But I'm glad you are, theres dinner sitting on the table for you." She said with a loving tone and warm eyes."Come down and eat with me when youre ready." She said softly and slipped back out closing the door with a soft click. Taking in a shakey breath I found some joggers on the floor and slipped them on.

Slowly I made my way downstairs out into the dining room taking my place at the table. Aunt Mays blue eyes finding there way over to me as she looked up from the newspaper.

"So, Peter, I see you've made your way into the newspaper.." She said.

"What for..?" I asked softly eyes the photo of spiderman on the front cover.

"..For that science fair you won last weekend. Remember?"

A sigh of relief going through my head as she uttered those words.

"Oh, yeah, the one where the top 5 get to meet Tony Stark?" I said as I looked down at the Chicken and rice on my plate. My fork finding its way to the vegetables on the side pushing them around before stabing into one and ploping it in my mouth.

"Yes that one, I'm suprised you forgot all about it. You worked so hard on that contraption for weeks!" She exclaimed with a big smile and continued eatting her dinner. I on the other hand wasn't feeling all that hungry. The pain in my chest becoming almost too much to bear.

After waiting for a few moments and eatting atlest half the plate of food I excused myself from the table. Taking my plate I set it down on the counter by the sink with a soft click. My feet then taking me to the bathroom, my toes wiggling as they steped onto the cold title flooring. Making sure the door was locked I stripped down to my boxers and turned on the shower to warm up. My eyes slowly finding the mirror and examined my body. The bruising on my rubs already becoming less disgusting along with all the scrapes and scratches from battles. Thin too thick white scars littered different spots on my skin, all of them from the many villans I've fought. A few from reckless science experiments.

My mind only being drawn back to the shower running in the background when the mirror fogged up and my reflection blurred out. Starting from the bottom up before cover my face. Taking in a deep breath I pulled off any remaining clothing and steping into the cascade of soothing water.

The heat and comfort of it calming my mind and the rampant pain in my chest. My thoughts slipping to random things that happened through the day. A stupid joke a friend made, the little doodles in my notebook, a transphobic comment...

That comment coming back to me, I had suppressed it all day. Hoping they the words would never have to fill my mind again. Yet here they are, hunting me and making me feel sick.

A knock at the door stopped my train of thought. Along with the violent shivering of my body. When did the water turn so cold? I questioned in my mind as the knocking became louder.

"Peter..?" Aunt Mays voice rung through the door."....here to see you.." Her muddled voice spoke again, but the first part of the sentence getting lost in the noise and thick wooden door. Turning of the water I stepped out and dried off before quickly leaving the bathroom and slipping into my bedroom to change.

A few short minutes later and a tight binder around my chest I came back down the stairs too meet whoever was here to see me. Granted I'm not sure who would want to see me so late in the day. It couldn't have been any friends, May would've just sent them to my room. So who could it possibly be?

Swallowing whatever spit was in my mouth I followed the sounds of voices to the living room. A towel still around my shoulders as the water driped from my dark brown shaggish hair. Stepping into the doorway of the room Mays eyes caught me first.

"Ah Peter there you are! Say hello to our guest!" She said excitedly as she gestured over to the man in a very nice suit sitting on one of our couches in my living room.

"So this is peter...." He said leaning forward and looking at me from under the sunglasses he had decied to wear inside."My names Tony Stark, but you can just call me Mr.Stark."

"I believe we have some business to discuss." He said with a smirk as my body froze from nervousness.
