"I'm sorry i just didn't want you to get in trouble. I really like you and I dont want to see you get hurt by Becky. Plus I need you to show me around for the rest of the day." I just looked at him he said he liked me. He probley meant he likes me as a friends. I decided to brush that off. "its fine" I mumbled I couldnt stay mad at him for long. Suddenly I felt two warm arms wrap around me. I jumped and realized they were Daniels, I was tense at first but I have in and huged him back. I practical melted into his arms, I had never felt more safe. I felt like nothing could ever harm or get to me. I felt this weird tingly feeling in my stomach. I ignored it deciding it was probley just because I was hungry. I pulled away from the hug and looked up into his warm soft blue eyes. I looked at them for a little longer than I expected to. Daniel grabbed my hand and we walked out the door. "what class do you have next?" he let go of my hand which made me sad, and reached into his pocket for his schedule. " umm.... i have lunch right now." I mentally face palm, how could i forget lunch. "Oh.. yeah I forgot. Just follow me and I will show you to the lunchroom." I smiled. He just nodded and follow me like a lost puppy. I mean it is his first day and doesn't know where anything is.
We reached the big red doors of the lunch room. I quickly opened the doors and hoping to not get yelled at. Beckys table just happened to be right beside the doors. Great. I rushed past them thankfully not getting noticed. I looked ahead and saw Christina sitting at a table all by herself. She was deeply into a thick book laying on the table. I went up to the table."Can we sit here?" I asked her. She jumped at the sudden voice. "Yeah, of course." She said with smile. I honestly don't know how she is always so smiley and happy all the time. I sat down across from her, with Daniel sitting right beside me. " I'm sorry about this morning." I apologized, I was still feeling a little guilty about it. "It's fine you don't have to say anything to me. I get it we just meet and you don't trust me yet." I let out a sigh of relief that I don't realized I was holding. "thank God, I was worried that you were going be mad at me. I don't want are friendship to end before it even started." I laughed lightly. "girl I can tell we are going to be bestfriends. I wouldnt want to ruin that over something that stupid." she said. I was glad to have found Christina. I honestly didn't have the beat track record with friends. The only 'best friend' that I have ever had was a back stabbing bitch. Her name was lucy, she now is one a Beckys minions. I could care less about her now. I admit I was hurt a first but I got over it and decided that she was toxic. " Hey do you want to hang out at my place after school?" I asked politey. " Yeah sure just let me text my dad where I'm going to be." She pulled out her phone and started to type. I looked over at Daniel who was sitting there akwardly drumming his fingers on the table. "Are you going to eat lunch?" I questioned. " I already ate some lunch I brought from home." I guess I was so caught up in the conversation with Christina. I had not realized he already ate."oh.. ok" we sat there kinda akwardly before Christina spoke up. " He said it was fine." She quickly put her phone in her pocket and went to dump her lunch in the trash cans. I yawned starting to feel tired. I layed my head on Daniels shoulder feeling confident  at the moment. "Is this fine?" I asked looking up at him. "Yeah" he mumbled. I could tell he was nervous but I keep my head there because i was super tired. I felt a arm wrap around my shoulders. I looked at Daniel who was blushing. "Is this fine?" He asked looking into my eyes.i was so caught up in his eyes I barely managed to get a "yeah" out. I finely looked away from his eyes and dug my head into his neck feeling the warmth. Christina walked back to the table sat down. I looked at her still laying my hard in the crease of Daniels neck. She looked at me with wide eyes, and gave me a you better tell me later look. I only smiled at her. "Ringgggggg" the bell rung. I groaned because I had to get up from the position I am in with Daniel. I got up from the table and walked towards the doors with Daniel and Christina following close behind me.
