Koda walked silently, her hands stayed in her pockets as she walked.

Her mind refused to wrap around the incident that had just happened, and instead it wondered away.

Oh so very far away.

She wasn't paying attention as she walked, to lost in thought, that she almost ran herself into a pole.

If not for the Swift yank of one of the seven men behind her.

She yelled and stared at the light pole.

"You ok, kid?" One asked her as he tilted his head.

She nodded, but each of them could see through it. One sighed and rubbed his forehead. Namjoon moved to walk directly beside her, making sure she wouldn't run into anything as they rest followed behind.

"Dumbass.." The youngest mumbled as he glared at her from behind.

"Jungkook, stop. None of this is her fault. She was targeted against her knowledge." Namjoon said glaring at the shorter male.

"Well it's her fault-"

"None of it is. Listen to Namjoon, Jungkook." Yoongi grumbled.

The young male rolled his eyes, mumbling under his breath. As they got to her house, they all started to dismiss themselves.

"We will bring your car around, bring her by the studio tomorrow afternoon Jungkook." Namjoon said as he left.

"Why do I even have to stay here? It's not my fault she got cornered so it shouldn't be my responsibility to look after her!" Jungkook basically growled.

"Koda go inside and settle down." Namjoon said ushering the girl to her front door.

She listened, having already dealt with enough. She heard the older one calmly talking as the youngest groaned and complained.

She went to walk in the room when she heard her front door slam shut, and angry footsteps that led to the couch.

She stood in the hallway silently, not dating to move, for fear the angered male would harm her.

"I know you're there. Stop being scared, I'm not going to hurt you." He mumbled out.

Koda stepped out, pulling her silver hair up as she walked to the kitchen. She didn't notice the footsteps behind her till Jungkook had leaned on the counter.

Her hand slipped slightly as she jumped when he cleared his throat. She doubled over the sink with a loud sigh and then glared at him.

"What is your issue!?" She practically yelled in his face.

"What's my issue? What's with you getting cornered?"

"I didn't know I was walking into a mafia war zone, damnit. How in the hell am I supposed to know that!?" She retaliated.

With swift movement, Jungkook had her small frame against the counter, his hazel eyes scanning hers as he tried to see if she was lying.

His face held a stern expression as he searched for any hint of a lie.

Not finding what he wanted he moved away with a loud sigh.

"How did you not hear the gunshots? Or the screaming?" He asked as he sat down at the dining room table, watching Koda.

"I did hear them, but it sounded so far away, I thought if I was quick enough I could get here without being caught up in this." Koda answered.

She moved up to sit on the sink edge, looking at him.

"I'm sorry I'm being so harsh. I just don't really trust you as of right now. It seems all to coincidental."  He muttered under his breath watching her.

"I don't blame you."

"What do you mean by that?"

Dark, chocolate eyes met blue eyes and he raised his eyebrow.

"I mean, I can only imagine how odd and coincidental this must be for all of you. But I assure you I have no part in this. Nor do I have any knowledge other then what I guess other people understand up about the mafias here." She answered truthfully.

"I didn't-"

"I understand a slight bit about what you all do. And I understood what Namjoon meant be me being dangerous. I am now considered a hazard towards you all. One wrong slip up and I'll die. Right?" She cut him off and watched him.

His eyes widened.

Jungkook knew she understood a little about her situation. But he didn't think she caught that much.

"It's better if I keep my mouth shut. Which I plan on doing. So none of you all should worry. If I do slip up, go ahead and kill me." She finished before jumping down and walking into the living room.

Her statement left his mind running.

He sat there in the kitchen, silently questioning what this girl had just been pulled into.

He still didn't trust her, nor did he think he ever would.

He didn't move a muscle, groaning as he threw his head back in annoyance.

This girl was going to be a handful on him, and he already knew it.

He turned his head back when he heard the TV going. He sighed and stood up walking behind the couch.

"Entertain me." She heard him say from next to her.

"And why exactly should I do that?" She said, her focus staying on the TV.

"Cause I'm bored."

"Go find something to do."

"But-"

"I thought you didn't like me." She interrupted him earning a glare from him.

"I said-"

"You said you didn't trust me, and you have obviously shown signs of disliking me."

"You are going to be dangerous as fuck around us when it comes to our street work..." Jungkook watched her.

"Oh? I don't know of any 'street work' a famous idol like yourself does." She replied while smirking at him.

She earned a dark glare from him as he backed away from her a little.

"You need help.." He mumbled.

"Only person who needs help is you, you kill people." Koda turned her gaze back to the TV and sighed.

"Why is there nothing to watch?" She growled to herself.

She ignored the man's dark glare as he watched her.

She didn't trust him either, and there would never be anybody to make her trust him.

Never.
