Chapter 13

So after an un announced hiatus, I'm back! But the story would have a slow publishing. Due to an even busier schedule.

After a long hour of convincing Yeun that there was no one outside, they ate dinner together and went to Tae's bedroom.

"Your go." Tae handed the dice to Jungkook as Yeun watched how the game goes.

"Ohh." Yeun got it. "So if it's a ladder, you'll go up but when It's a snake you'll be dragged down to it's tail?"

"Yhup." Jungkook rolled the dice.

"Can I join now?" Yeun asked, making them all restart the game.

Time skip.

"Whooop! Yeun is getting good at this!" Tae ruffled her hair, knowing well Jungkook's blood will boil at the contact.

"I'm gonna go to bed now." Jungkook stood, about to walk to the door but stopped on his tracks to look at Yeun.

"Oh. I'm staying here. We're gonna continue the game." Yeun smiled widely.

"No. No. No. You're coming with me." Jungkook tsked and grabbed her arm.

"But Kook I wanna play." Yeun tried to wriggle her arms away but failed.

"Jungkook, don't worry. I'm going to send her to your room after the game okay?" Tae chuckled, enjoying the look of jealousy Jungkook kept giving them.

"No. I-" Jungkook got cut off by Yeun who stood and walked towards the door.

"It's okay. Tata. I'm just gonna go." Taehyung frowned at how sad she said that.

"O-okay." Tae stuttered.

"Uhh." Jungkook followed behind her who walked straight towards Jungkook's room and immediately layed on the bed.

She had no choice but to follow Jungkook's orders because it's the least she can do to thank Jungkook.

"You know you can go back right?" Jungkook nudge Yeun.

"Mhm. . . I'm tired. Good night." Yeun simply replied before looking the other way.

She mentally sighed, feeling Jungkook's eyes piercing through the back of her head before rustling noises echoed through the room and a pair of arms encircled her waist.

"I'm sorry." She froze when Jungkook pulled her closer and nuzzled his face unto her neck. "Y-you can go back you know?"

"I'm good." Yeun said in almost a whisper.

"You sure?" Jungkook hugged her tighter.

"Yeah." She replied even if deep inside, she really wanted to play with Taehyung.

"O-okay." Jungkook gulped, thinking he's went too far. "Good night."

"Night." Yeun whispered, closing her eyes tight, forcing herself to sleep beside Jungkook.

Sooner or later, she felt Jungkook's head leave her shoulder before a small kiss was planted at her nape.

She gulped at that, her eyes peeked open before shutting it close as quickly as possible when she heard Jungkook's voice.

"I'm sorry." He whispered lightly, not knowing she was still awake. "I should've known you were happy playing with hyung." Yeun gulped when she felt Jungkook's arm wrap around her waist even tighter.

"I just can't sleep without you right now." Yeun's breath hitched when he said that, leaving goosebumps on her skin when it was whispered closely to her ear.
