I think I'm in love

chapter 3

Mount Justice; Robin's P O V:
I wake up this morning to my stomach growling. I sigh and get out of bed, get dressed, and walk to the kitchen. As soon as I get there, I start to make me something to eat for breakfast. Just then, Wally comes in. "Hey, Robin? Can I tell you something?" He asks me. I looked at him and smile. "Of course, you can tell me anything" I say. He smiles and leans forward. I thought that he was going to whisper something in my ear, but boy was I wrong. Instead, he gives me a soft kiss on the cheek. I then look at him surprised and confused. "Dude! What the fuck?!" I yell. He smiles again before zooming off. To make things worse, the others walk in. "Oooooo, Wally told us that you like him. And was that a kiss that he gave you?" Artemis teased as she walked in. This made me even more mad. I look at her. "No, it was not!" I yell. She laughs. "Uh huh, suuuurrrrrreeeee" She said. I then growl and stomp out the room. As I walk back to my room, I realize how much Wally really likes me.
Wally's P O V:
Right after Robin yells at me, I run out the room and in my room as I notice the rest of the team come in. I hope non of them saw what happened. That was a close one. But I'm confused. As soon as I get to my room, I start thinking. Why does Robin get mad every time I tell him how I feel about him or when I show him? How come he doesn't want to kiss me back? I don't understand. In his diary that I found said that he liked me as well. Should I tell him that I found out that he likes me? Nah, he'll just get mad. He wouldn't want to be my friend anymore. Wait, are we even friends still? I hope so. Have I screwed up already? If I did, then how can I make it up to him? I then have an idea. Maybe if I kiss him on the lips then he'll forgive me! Or will that be too far? I don't know! What am I suppose to do?!
End P O V:
Robin finally comes out of his room when his stomach starts hurting and he starts getting a headache from not eating. He goes to the kitchen and makes himself something to eat. Just then, Wally comes in, again. He sighed. "What, Wally?" He asked. Wally sighed. "Look, Rob, I'm sorry" He says. Robin looks surprised. He then smiled. "It's ok. I'm sorry too" He says. Wally smiled back. He then looked at what Robin was making for lunch. "C-can I help you?" He asked. Robin nodded. "Sure" He said. Wally walks over and helps Robin cook lunch.
2 hours later:
"Mmmmmm, that was good. Who was the one who REALLY made it?" Artemis asked. They were eating a chicken salad. "Me and Wally. We BOTH made it. Well, I told him what to do" Robin said. The team smiles. "That is really good! Better than my cooking, honestly. But I NEED to know, who taught YOU how to make it?" Megan asked. Robin gasped and widened his eyes before looking down. Megan then felt guilty. "Was it something I said?" She asked. Robin sighed. "No, you're fine. It's just,............my mother used to cook it ALL the time when I was younger. I kept her cook book for myself so that I can learn how to cook with her ingredients" He sadly said as a tear slipped down his cheek. The team gasped, except Wally. He already KNEW about his past. "Robin, we're so sorry. We had no idea" Aqualade said. Robin sniffed and wiped the tear away before looking at them. "It's fine" He said. He then smiled. "So, y'all want seconds?" He asked. Everyone looked at each other before looking back at him with a smile. "Yes, please!" Artemis said. "I would LOVE some more, my friend" Kaldar said. " Oh, yeah! You know I want more! " Wally said. "I would like some more" Conner simply said. "Yes, please, Robin. It is really good!" Megan said. So, Robin made more and filled all of their plates. He also made some of his mother's delicious steak and her bread to finish it all up. And the team enjoyed it. Every single bit of it.
