I push my way through the crowd trying to get a better view of the incident when something catches my eye. I turn to see a girl about my age with a green hooded cloak.
She was stunning. She had waist length brown hair and startling green eyes.
She stood taller and lowered the hood. I held my breath as my anticipation grew. She lifted her arms and suddenly the tree that had crushed the house lifted and was replanted in the ground.
She then turned to the crowd and placed a crown on her head. "My great subjects all is well now you may return to your dwellings." Her voice boomed throughout the courtyard.
I felt my cheeks burn as I realized I had been crushing on the princess.
"Hey jarred." Caleb said from behind me. I turned around and started walking backwards.
"Hey Ca-" I never finished my sentence.
