Today was the day. You and your husband Jake Peralta were on trail for robbing a bunch of banks. You had been framed but there was no way to prove it.
Your POV:
I bounced my leg up and down in anxiety. Jake noticed and put his hand on my leg.

"It's gonna be okay, we have an air tight witness. Everything is going to be alright." He said looking me in the eyes.

"I know I'm just so nervous." My hands were shaking. My knees were weak. I hated this I just wanted to be back in bed with my amazing, goofy husband snuggling, but I wasn't I was in a court house on the verge of being in jail.

"Stress isn't good for the baby." He said putting a hand on my massive belly.

"What if we do go to jail? Our baby can't be born behind bars! What if it makes our kid evil? What if our kid hates us for life because of this?" I had started hyperventilating.

"Y/N you need to calm down. All this stress will harm the baby." He grabbed hold of my hands and rubbed circles with his thumb of the back.

Just then the judge walked in and a police officer said "All rise for the honourable judge Marinovitch" Jake let go of my hand as we stood up.

"Please you may be seated court is in session." The judge said.

After being called to the stand and going through the regular court things it was time for our air tight witness to be questioned. I was starting to calm down now knowing that the witness would most likely save us and prove our innocence.

Our attorney said: "sir can you please state your name for the record."

"My name is Matthew Langdon."

"Mr.Langdon do you Melanie Hawkins?"

"Yes I worked with her for three months in 2010"

As our attorney kept speaking Jake turned to Melanie and mouthed the word "gotcha" to her. She didn't understand what he had said so he mouthed it again. She once more didn't understand so he yelled: "gotcha!" Everyone turned to look at him in confusion.

"Sorry, proceed" he said in a British accent while twirling his arm and extending the word proceed. I glared at him and mouthed for him to stop.

Then from behind us Amy whisper yelled at Jake.

" Jake! Jake!" We both turned around. "This was a mistake we have to get Langdon off the stand now!"

"What?! Why?!" We both said in unison.

Then our attorney continued to question Mr. Langdon, "How would you describe the Lieutenant?" Any continued to talk to us.

"He works for Hawkins! He put the money in the account!"

"Oh no!" Jake whispered. I started to cry and panic Jake grabbing my hand.

Mr. Langdon started answering our attorneys question, " Hawkins was the most honourable cop I ever worked with."

Jake started waving one hand back and forth over his neck telling our attorney to stop while his other hand held mine and his thumb rubbed circles on the back in my palm.

Langdon kept talking, " and the only reason I'm here is because of that man right there!" He said as he pointed to Jake. Me now full on crying.  He kept talking, " Jake Peralta, he offered me three hundred thousand dollars to lie and say that she set him up." Jake put his head down on the table. I looked over at Melanie and she blew a kiss. Jake got up and said to me, "Okay this is bad this is really bad but just remember we are not going to jail. We didn't do it! We're innocent!" He then kissed me on the cheek and continued to hold my hand.

Then a jury member stood up and said, "Guilty on all charges." Everyone in the room gasped. I sat down holding my stomach and crying.

"Oh guilty, very cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool..." he continued to say that on a loop.

Then gaurds came and hand cuffed us and took us away.
