The rain was coming down in sheets. No one was present in the quiet streets to see the miracle that occurred that night.

Heather was sitting on the wet path her head bowed over a small object. If anyone was passing by they wouldn't have paid much attention to the girl but on closer inspection the object would have made any normal person feel sick. It was a human hand.

The girl had tears running down both cheeks but then again that could have just been the rain that was falling even heavier than before...

She took one of the fingers and slowly bent it back until it snapped. A small smile played at the corner of her lips. She took another finger and bent it back slowly. *snap!* She giggled.

Heather continued to break the fingers until the hand looked bent and deformed and barley resembled the thing it used to be. Her giggle changed into a crazied laugh as she slowly brought the hand to her face and used one of the fingers to stroke her face. Then she slowly consumed the hand of her dead boyfriend.

The girl stood up slowly and wiped her mouth still smiling. Then she turned and started making her way home.

Heather stumbled and coughed then burst into flames. Her corpse was slowly put out by the rain.
