There are a million and one
Words in my head
But I've learnt to tune them out.
Only now there's a drowning silence,
And it's drowning me.
A thousand spiky needles
Attack my brain
But I've learnt to numb them away.
Only now I feel like a zombie,
I'm not really me.
Not one single emotion
Crosses my face
But I've learnt to still my mind.
Only now there's just me,
And I can't cry you see.
