Two months later we walked out of the cinema, hand in hand, laughing and chatting about the film.
It was supposed to be a horror film... But we had nearly got chucked out, we were laughing our heads off!
"...And the bit where that guy leaped out of the wardrobe!"
"He looked like my old headmaster!" We were in hysterics now, I wondered if he'd be able to drive us home.. Oh well ate least he has got a car now. He, like me, passed his test first time and now insists, as a 'gentleman' it's his job to drive me around... We'll see about that... He did drive me to the swimming pool last week. A few of my friends got friendly slaps for staring openmouthed at my new boyfriend (I'm sure Sally was drooling...).

"It's okay."He whispered in my ear. "Just relax."
"I'm trying!" I snapped back.
"That's just it. Don't try. Forget you are here forget everything..." Then he kissed me again. We had been working on this for two months! And still the best I could manage without going crazy was a light peck. But not tonight. I forgot about him let him drift from my mind and focused all my thoughts on Luke It felt food, really good. His lips were warm and soft on mine... 'He tastes like cherries!' I thought, then remembered the last thing we'd had at our 'romantic picnic' CHERRIES! I Had to pull back, not from fear, but laughter!
"You taste like cherries!" I giggled staring up into his soft eyes.
"So do you." He beamed down at me then we kissed again and again, again again again... He wrapped his arms around me and, for the first time in a long time, I felt safe. Truly safe.
