“We're already having relationship drama this side.” Peter said as he took his shoes off. He had just gotten back from work and was exhaust.
“I doubt it's about relationships. I think Jazz found out that Zack is the President of the District Debate Club Association, now she's confronting him about it.” Naliaka said.
“You seem to have been paying attention. How long have they been at it?” Peter asked.
“About 30 minutes now. The female teacher - Jazz, she's also into debate and has joined the School debate club as an instructor... am not sure if that's the word. Now she's shocked to find out that Mr patron is some sort of boss  despite being clumsy at home.” Naliaka told the husband.
“Zack is just like that, she's yet to start complaining. What are we eating tonight?” Peter asked.
“I cooked your favorite, There is bream chicken and Biryani. Just the way you like it.

Peter was all smiles, it had been a long time since Naliaka had cooked his favorite.

“Hope we are eating together...” He said as he looked at her. She was busy walking around preparing the table in her  blue-wax chitenge.
“Am going to eat some other time, am not hungry.” Naliaka replied.
“What have you been eating?”
“Just a bit of everything.” She giggled.

Peter shook his head, seeing Naliaka happy like that made him happy. He thought of the days when their relationship was just fresh, when the only promises he made to her were jokes that never ended. ‘I just want to spend the whole day looking at you.’ He would say to her.
little did he know that true love was more than words and actions, at times all that was needed was to just look at her and his heart was at peace.

“What are you thinking about?” Naliaka asked. She noticed that her husband was lost in the moment.
He looked at her and smiled, “What did I do to ever deserve you?”
“I been asking myself the same question these few days.” She responded with a smile.

“Hey! stop pushing.” Asli said. Mosha was behind her, since he was tall... it was easy for him to Giraffe over her.
“You're making noise they are going to hear us.” Mosha responded.
“Shush!”
“But you're the one who started talking again.” He nagged.
“Can't you just go without passing a comment?” Asli asked.
“Run! They are coming back.” Mosha whispered intently.

Jazz had spoken her mind and Zack, well, he just stood there calmly with no reason to object anything she said.

“I think I heard something.” Zack said as he faced the corner where Asli and Mosha were hiding.
“Its nothing. Am sure it's just voices in your head.” Jazz said, it was easily noticeable on her face that she was pissed.
“Okay, am I allowed to go now?” He asked her.
“Why are you asking me?” She asked him.
“Simply because I don't want to find myself in another awkward situation - if you know what I mean.” Zack laughed.
“Are we still on with the movie?” Jazz asked as they walked to their respective rooms.
“Why wouldn't we? the pride bucket has to go down!” Zack exclaimed excitedly.

Everyone was in the TV room as they waited for the food to be warmed. The ladies wanted to pick a movie but Mosha strongly opposites stating they are the ones who picked last time.

Zack was neutral,he didn't want to fall on either side. Nevertheless, the ladies suggested that they eat the food half way through the movie and could have tea as the movie started. On this point, Zack wasn't for it. He also began protesting.

“Thats just not fair, why should you ladies pick everything?” Zack said as he stood up.
Since Asli was the shortest among the four of them she had to get on a stool.
“ Zack! You need to give ladies a chance to elevate.” She said.
“Elevate to where? ain't you same ladies who were the ones fighting for gender? Let's exercise it right now.” Zack said sharply.
“This has nothing to do with gender. Its about being a gentleman.” Jazz jumped in.
“If that's the case, then I don't want to be Gentle... I will be a Rough-man!” Zack said as they all began to laugh.
“Today make sure you pick a movie that's 1 hour 30 minutes or less. We can't wait for another hour just to start eating. This isn't the cinemas you know...” Mosha said as he sat down with a tray that had coffee, tea bags and warm water.
“How come it's us serving tea again?” Zack asked with a eyebrows raised.
