The power of 'Yin and Yang'

Lissa's P.O.V

I was in my room waiting for Haggar to get me down to the arena. I didn't wear armor because it wasn't needed, at least that's what Haggar said. I wore a suit that once were my mother Honervas. It was red and black.

When Haggar finally came, she leaded me down the hallway to the arena. She lead in to the room.. cell thing we're I would wait till I was going to fight. While waiting Haggar had told me to take a weapon to fight with. I already had my own weapon but no one new about it, and that was how I wanted it to be. So I took a sword and got ready to fight what ever I was gonna fight this time.

After some time the bars lifted from the ground so I could get out in the arena. I got in position to fight and saw the beast I was facing. It looked like a giant person with 3 thick fingers on each hand, a big belly with a face on with sharp teeth, two muscular arms and legs and a tiny head. It had a big gun, that looked like it could kill a big army. The beast ran at me with the gun ready to shoot me. I just stood still waiting for it to get close enough. And when it did, I ran towards it with the sword ready to slice into the beasts leg. I ran between it's legs and cut a big scar in it's right leg. The beast didn't seem to notice. Good, cause then it will be easy to make enough cuts for it not to be able walk. I kept running at it and cutting it's leg, it still hadn't noticed. I then ran to the opposite side of the arena, to both wait for the beast to fall and to catch my breath. The beast tried to walk towards but me, but failed as soon as it realized that it's leg wasn't stable. It didn't fall it just stood there cause it knew it would be defenseless if it fell. "Oh well, guess I have to let my powers help me. Even though I hate doing that" I thought. I let out the monster I had inside me, and felt my transformation. My wolf ears and tail got bigger and the most of my skin got covered by a layer of fur. My back grew an angel wing and a devil wing, some of my teeth turned into fangs and lastly my eyes turned from my normal blood red once to fully yellow once.

As my transformation was done, I used my super speed and ran to the beast in front of me. The beast tried shooting me, but it was no use. I flew of the ground and over the beasts head, and I cut a big scar in it's neck. To make it more painful I prepared a fireball and a water-ball. I attacked the scar with the fireball so it burned, and after I poured the water in so it would sting. The beast screamed and cried in pain. While it was distracted by the pain, I tried to control my dark magic and light magic. I wanted to get the power of 'Yin and Yang' to destroy this beast. I had tried many times before without luck. But this time it was finally going in the right direction and I could feel the power of 'Yin and Yang' float into my body. "STOP! THIS FIGHT IS OVER" yelled my father out, when I had just finished and had the greatest power in me. And before anyone new it, I had thrown a black and white magical attack towards the beast. As soon as the magic hit the beast it screamed and fell to the ground without a pulse.

There was silence in the arena, until some of the galra stood up and started cheering. I walked back to were I came into the arena. For some odd reason there was a shattered mirror on the wall. I walked over to the mirror and saw that my eyes had changed. One was fully white with a black pupil and the other was fully black with a white pupil. When I turned back to my normal galra self, my eyes got back to normal.

Time skip to a few days later

I was in my room looking out a window. I had been in a few more fights in the arena. In all of them I had used the power of 'Yin and Yang'. Farther had now made sure that I was a good weapon, and wouldn't let me get out of my room until he would need his new weapon. Haggar in the meantime, had send one of her druids to train with me. That's what had happened these few days. Now I was just sitting in my room trying to make a plan that could get me out of here. I didn't like being here or being half galra. I didn't like killing other aliens. Well I didn't have a problem with the beasts I killed, but Father sometimes wanted me to fight the prisoners, which I didn't like. So every time I was going to fight a prisoner I was going to get punished for not killing or hurting them badly. So instead of them getting hurt or killed, I was the one who was put in pain by Haggar and her druids.

"Hmm, how am I going to get out? Maybe the next time then come to train me, I could make a run for it to the ships. No the druids would electrocute me and catch me. Hmm, maybe when the next attack is up and the soldiers come to get me up to father. I can run them out, and even if they get more help I can fight without my powers. Hmm yeah that can be my plan for now, than I'll change it whe-" I was cut of by an explosion. I heard some of the soldiers run past my room but no one came in to get me. "Huh, I guess it's not so important the-" I was again cut of but not by an expression, this time I was cut of by...my brother. "L-LOTOR WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?!?" I asked my white haired older brother. "No time to explain, come on let's go" he said quickly and I ran to him. He grabbed my wrist and dragged me with him. "Stop him, he is taking the princess" I heard one of the soldiers say, and a group of soldiers chased us. We accidentally turn the wrong way once and was cornered by the soldiers. "Shit" Lotor said quietly, "don't worry Lotor, I'll take these guys out" I said as I ran at them with my blade and let it turn into a sword. I cut down all of the soldiers pretty fast. I looked back to see Lotor standing there with his jaw hanging. "Oh, yeah I forgot you haven't seen my fighting skills yet" I giggled.

"LOTOR!" I heard two female voices yell my brothers name. I turned around to see to girls standing there. One had white hair put up in a bun, tan skin and blue eyes. She was wearing white and pink armor and had a blue bayard in her hand. The other one had (H/L) (H/C) hair, (S/C) skin and (E/C) eyes. She was wearing the same armor as the tan girl but instead of pink it was ice blue, and she had a gun in her hands. The tan girl ran up in front of Lotor and faced me like she protected him from me. "Stay away from him galra" she hissed at me. While the other girl walked up behind me and tried to get me down, but I grabbed her wrists so she couldn't do anything. "Hey let her go" the tan girl hissed again. I let go of the girl and looked at my brother with a confused look on my face. But before I could ask him anything the girl behind me shot me in the back. I fell to the ground but got up quickly. "Ugh you'll pay for that" I said angered. I used my super speed and ran behind her. I punch her down and held her down. "LISSA ENOUGH" Lotor yelled at me. I got off of the girl and helped her up. I turned to look at Lotor but before I could, I felt an electric ball hit me in the back. I fell to the ground and everything went black.
