They do say, what a brat girl wants, a brat girl gets. Yes she has it all, beauty, talent, brain, wealth, popularity and perfect family. She has no more to ask for… except HIM – his love, his attention.

Love is all about loving an imperfect person perfectly…

 This brat girl never experienced to be in love with a man before, you might not believe but she is a man hater, not until she met the legendary ice prince. Even though he’s as cold as ice, she loves everything about him, his flaws and all.

But this brat is not perfect... She’s just a person too after all. Even though she’s very tough outside, inside her are pang of pain, jar of tears and a bleeding heart. She fought for him ‘til the very end, but fate really loves toying us… time came that she was very tired of everything and got fed up and that was the time she learned to give up.

 And fate being so ironic, this was also the only time that the legendary ice prince woke up to reality. 

“Jade, I know I’m such a jerk for being coward… for being so pathetic.. pero please maniwala ka, I really love you. Mahal na mahal kita Jade. Buong buhay ko ngayon ko lang naramdaman ‘tong ganito.Hindi ako maalam magbigay ng mga sweet words, ng mga promises, hindi ako marunong magpakilig pero please believe me when I say I love you ‘coz I really do.”

“*smirk* Tapos ka na sa litany mo Tristan? Masyado akong maganda para pag aksayahan pa kita ng oras at para makinig sa mga walang kwenta mong sinasabi ngayon. Hahaha. Sa dami ng suitors ko bat ako magtyatyaga sa gaya mo? You’re nothing compared to them.”

I looked at him directly on his eyes… those grayish eyes that I used to admire… pero buo na yung desisyon ko.. I’ve done enough.

I smiled at him without breaking our contact. This is killing me. Worst pain ever. Smiling just to keep tears from falling. I saw his tears forming on the side of his eyes and threatening to fall... The ice prince is now on the verge of crying...

I turned my back at him and started to walk away. Sobra akong nasasaktan pero ito na talaga ang desisyon ko.. it’s for the better, at kahit anong gawin ko, hindi na kami pwede dahil pumayag na ako sa offer nina Dad.

“Jade..”

“What?!”

bored kong tanong sa kanya habang nakataas ang kilay kahit ang totoo gustong gusto kong tumakbo palapit sa kanya at yakapin sya ng mahigpit.

“Wala na ba talaga?”

And there. Tumulo na yung luha nya..  I want to wipe it away just like how he wiped mine when we we’re still okay…

“Hindi kaba nakakaintindi ng salitang wala na?! gusto mo pa bang itranslate ko sa iba’t ibang language?! God Tristan bobo ka na tanga ka pa! *Evil grin*”

“And one more thing, I’m engaged..”

“to whom?”

“to Trey”

With that, he clenched his teeth and put his hand on his pocket. He turned his back and walk towards his car.

Ang sakit.

Yeah alam kong ako ang may gawa pero ang sakit sakit na yung taong mahal na mahal mo, kusang tatalikod at bibitawan ka na talaga..

Hindi ako makahinga dahil pinipigil ko pa din yung luha ko..

I don’t want him to see me habang nasa mahinang state ako… I want him to see na ako pa din si Jade Graxiela Austria.. and dakilang first class sophisticated brat.

Tumingin ulit sya sa akin pero natakot ako sa mga tingin nya. Damn! Balik na naman sya sa dati.. those very cold emotionless eyes…

“From now on, I’ll let you go and forget you Jade… forget about us… I hope you will be happy with Trey…”

But I still managed to wear my famous smirk kahit ang sakit sakit na.

“There was never an us Tristan.”

And he left with his car.

Tears were uncontrollably falling down from my cheeks until everything went black.
