Temporary advisor

I looked at the pendant and then back at him before I answered.
" That's imposible, even if you could, how  am I supposed to breath beneath the water?" I asked still amazed.

"With this pendant, you will transform in one of the atleans that has disappeared a few years ago." He said still showing me the pendant and closing his fist instantly.

"But on one condition. You will help me to defeat my step brother, so I can reign over Atlantis again." He said looking at my face again.
I didn't know what to answer on one hand I wanted to see Atlantis, I want it to see it with my own eyes, but on the other I had to help him defeat his step brother...

"I will do it!" I Said, my anxiety was stronger than my thoughts about the consequences of defeating his step brother.

He putted the pendant around my neck, I sighed.
" And now?" I asked nervous.
" We are going into the water." He said jumping in the ocean.
I doubted and looked at the pendant worried and jumped after him.

Inside the water the pendant began to shine, around me a swirl of water began to form till it totally covered me.
When it vanished, I was transformed in a man.
I tried to see myself but couldn't see much, only that I was a man.

" How do I look?" I Asked Orm, he hold his laugh.
" Lovely, only the expressions and gestures of Tristan were more manly." He said almost laughing.
"Tristan?" I asked.
"Yes, that's your name from now on." He said and began to swim, I went after him.

"Do you think this will get through? " I asked nervous.
" Relax. You have to befriend the king of Atlantis, his adviser is on a mission and his searching for a temporarily substitute, this is the right moment to have a change to spy on him." He said whispering.

We arrived at Atlantis, it was amazing!
"Wooow! " I awed.
" Behave, Remember your not new here." He said still whispering.
"I will let you on your own now, I will catch up with you from time to time." He said and went away.

I got more nervous knowing that now I was completely on my own, hoping they wouldn't catch me, I went closer to the throne where the king was selecting his temporary adviser.
