[AN "This is talking" "This is thinking]Sun ran around the clearing, chasing a leaf that was blowing in the wind. His sister, Ember, a kind, but worrisome quilava had been close by him, looking behind him every few minutes as if something were to jump out at any moment. The nearest human village was half a mile away, but she didn't think it would hurt to make sure.
Their parents were typhlosions named Flare and Smoke that were currently napping under the trees. Life was nice, plentiful berries, lots of prey, beautiful scenery...  But there was a problem. A BIG problem. There were Pokémon hunters in the human village, they hardly came out, but they were there. None of them had suspected anything was out of the ordinary, no Pokémon in the forest had ever heard of the hunters coming this deep into the forest. So when Sun heard Ember shouting, he didn't think much of it, until he heard his parents jump up in alarm and begin shouting too. Before he could ask what was happening, a tremendous bang echoed through the air. "RUN!" He heard his mother screech behind him as he was thrust into Ember's paws."What's happening?! Why are we yelling?!"Sun thought, panicking as his sister ran through the woods, they heard cries of grief from behind them, with more banging."Where's Mom and Dad?" he asked, teary-eyed. Ember paused "Dad is.. he's.." she began to cry, sniffling "H-he's gone.. Maybe Mom'll make it...But-" Ember was cut off as she screamed, more bangs exploding around them, she dropped to the ground. "Run...RUN!" she threw Sun forward into the bushes. He watched as humans with guns emerged from the undergrowth that he had been tossed from."Hunters" he thought, remembering what his family had warned him about, he had never thought he would see them... He had never thought they would take his family away. He watched as Ember got shot, and slung into a sack the hunters had "I'm sure there's a baby around somewhere." One of the hunters grunted, searching around. "No! They can't get me, Mom and Ember have been killed just to get me away! I can't just die too!" He pondered on how to get away from them, he was sure he couldn't run, they would catch him in an instant. Then a thought, a very dark thought compared to what he usually thought, crossed his mind "Why not burn them to death? They, of course, killed your family, they deserve it." At first, Sun shook his head "No, that's no way to deal with things" but the thought never went away, even as he crept through the forest, trying to get away, even when he was sure he would be caught, even when other Pokémon got shot.
"Fine!" He told himself finally, "I'll do it, just this once." So he focused as hard as he could, and when he released his fire, he surprised himself, the flame was three times large than he was. The fire leaped from branch to branch, and soon the hunters were surrounded by the flames. He could do nothing but stare in shock in awe, the hunters screeching in pain and agony as they were claimed by the fire, their faces never leaving his mind, twisting and morphing in his brain, chanting "Your fault, your fault!"
Sun couldn't look away, he could never.

Sun jolted awake. That stupid dream. Again. He had it every night, he knew he shouldn't have hoped. He couldn't forget that, not even in his sleep. With a groan, he got up and stretched, turning to look outside, a sunny day as always, with the human village at the bottom of the mountain, he checked the back of his cave, he always stored his food in massive hoards, he never really felt like going outside unless he had to, unfortunately, there was little but a few rotten berries left."Not my day, is it?" He sighed and walked outside Then again, it never is... he thought, not really noticing where he was going, then he felt something small and furry jump onto his face "GOTCHA!" it squeaked with happiness Like, really not my day... Sun groaned and peeled what he saw was a skitty off his face "Go away, I'm busy you stupid pink hairball" he muttered, throwing her into the grasses. However, the skitty hopped up, and trotted after him "Whatcha doin'? Hey, are you going to the-" He grabbed her again "Do you not know the definition of 'go away'? News Flash: It means leave me alone or I'll roast you and eat you for lunch." he growled throwing her again, sending her tumbling into a tree. " Grumpypants.. " The skitty said, before getting up and shaking herself. " I'm Lily, what's your name? " she asked. " If I tell you, will you FINALLY screw off? " he snarled, turning around, glaring at Lily. "Maybe~," she said, a tease in her voice. Sun inhaled sharply " Fine. " he snapped. " I'm Sun, now beat it, before I crush you. " Lily grinned slyly. " What's the magic word? " the skitty had crawled onto the top of his head now and was lounging casually. He gritted his teeth, his fiery mane flaring " I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE! " he snatched Lily from her perch on his head and chucked her far into the woods, where he couldn't find her. He then realized he had been walking so far with his little annoyance that he had walked straight to the human village. This just isn't my day.
