I expect that most of you would have noticed the completed renovations to floor three. Some of you may have seen Miss McHeath occupying the new room in a diaper and oversized t-shirt.
This is no joke.
I have listened to the numerous complaints made regarding her behaviour and attitude, this position was developed to rectify these toxic traits and also to allow you all to have some involvement in the process.
There are a number of guidelines you all must abide to:
1. This will remain 'in-house' and enforced by the non-disclosure agreement you all signed on employment. This means photography, videography and audio recording are completely off limits.
2. No forms of physical or sexual violence will be tolerated towards Miss McHeath, unless I am present and you have the written authority to issue punishment.
3. You are allowed access to the 'Nursery' one at a time, unless Miss McHeath is asleep or the external door is locked then the room is off limits.
4. There is a blue LED strip above the window, if her assistance button is pressed this will light up, one member of staff is to check her request when possible.
Eloise is now classed as a company asset and so it will be best for you to abide by the above standards.
You have 'parental' status over her, this means you have permission to change her nappy, clothing (which will be stored outside of the nursery door) at any time. Any trouble making on her behalf please forward on to me.Regards,
