Prologue

Niall's POV- The First Day of School 11 Years Ago.

I woke up excited, for my first day at a new school. I was hoping to make lots of friends, and a nice teacher. I ran downstairs, without changing from my pj's.

"Niall! Good morning honey."

"Mornin' Mummy!" I slid on my socks to the bathroom to clean up. Once I finished, I ran back upstairs and got my uniform on. I was grinning all morning.

I went back downstairs, and to the kitchen. Mum was making pancakes. I sat down as she set 2 in front of me. I grabbed the butter and syrup, and drenched them.

I ate, and became a bit nervous. What if no one likes me? I frowned.

"Niall. Whats wrong?" Greg asked, walking in the kitchen.

"What if no one likes me?"

"Niall. You are very likeable. You'll have tons a friends."

I started grinning again.

"Niall, The school bus is here!" Mum said, kissing my forehead.

"Bye Mum! Bye Greg!"

I ran to the bus, and looked for an empty seat. I saw one next to a boy with curly hair and bright green eyes.

"Um...Can I sit with you?"

"Sure!" He said, with a smile. "I'm Harry."

"I'm Niall!"

"What teacher do you have?"

"Mrs. Willis. You?"

"Same!" He smiled a cheeky grin.

"Are there any mean people in the class?"

"Well...Zayn Malik... He kind of bullies some people."

I gasped.

At school, I walked into my class, and everyone stared at me. Harry was by my side, and passed me to get to his seat.

A lady, I was assuming to be Mrs. Willis, came up to me. "You must be our new student! Why dont you introduce yourself."

"Hi...I'm Niall. Niall Horan."

Zayn's POV- Same Day.

"Hi...I'm Niall. Niall Horan." They boy with brown hair, and bright blue eyes said shyly. I wanted to talk to him. But that would make me seem like a baby if I had friends.

At recess, I saw him sitting with the dorks, Harry, and Liam. Then Louis walked up and sat with them. I was secretly wishing I could join them, But instead walked up to the little Irish boy, and decked him in the face.

This was the start of our story.
