Chapter 1: The train

"Mom,why do we have to go!" I moaned.I hated going to my aunts, she lived in a quiet little town in England in the middle of know where. I had 10 annoying cousins which are all boy's. There's only one who is my age and that's Kane, he's tall and so hot if he wasn't my cousin I'd totally go for that and he's also the only reason I go.

"Lana.we have to go! It important that's we go. She's your dad's sister and she told me Kane wants to see you ! Hmmm why don't you go explore the train?"

Kane wanted to see me ! Omg I knew he liked me! Woh,lana calm down he's your cousin, your hot cousin.snap out of it. "Fine, what ever. I'll go see if there's anything interesting around here. Which I highly doubt "

I grabbed my bag off of the back on my seat, said see you later to my mom and sleeping dad.I walked north of the train and town near the control room as I was walking down I noticed a boy with red hair staring at me, he was plenty cute but he looked older than me,about 19 and I was only 15,shit !

I just kept walking, I looked back to where the boy was and he was staring back at me ! why would HE be staring at me, I wasn't ugly but I also wasn't amazingly pretty.I had long brown hair that hit just below my back and white pale skin and grass green eyes, I was a muddle of striking features and they didn't match well. I'd stopped in the door way and he was still looking at me.we stood there locked in each other's gazes when I heard someone cough behind me,a man wanting to get passed."oh! I'm sorry I'll move" I said politely " it's fine young lady, just make sure to look after your self don't want to get in any trouble " he flashed a blinding smile at me and walked past me as he walked past he gave the boy that was looking at me a cruel grin and that's when it all happened. In a flash the boy pulled out a dagger and whipped it in the mans face the man dropped his gun ,staggered back and fell and hit his head on the window. I tried to run but the boy grabbed my arm and started running "HEY! What the fuck are you doing let me go !" I screamed and I kept screaming . "shut up! they'll find us " he whisper-shouted . we ran towards my carriage where my parents where. " mom,dad this dude...." I started to say but my dad cut me off. " lana. listen to me you have to go. now.with him and don't come back! do you hear me!?" he said, a single tear slipping out. "we love you" my mom said " now go!"

They waved good bye as we started running down to the back off the train " who the hell are you?"

"I'm protector and I'm here to save your life. now get ready to jump,princess" I looked at him in shock.

Err, WHAT! JUMP ! " he opened the train door, we where going so fast.

" Get ready princes" he said "on my count we jump".

"Wait a second,I'm not jumping!" I stated and sat down firmly on the floor.

"Oh yes you are" and he grabbed my hand and pulled me up.

And in that second we jumped.
