"We have a new student joining us today." all the students of 1-A turned there heads to the door at the sound of feet pounding on the ground in the hallway. the door slammed open and they all jumped. "Todoroki?" Deku said quietly. "hi! my name is Todoroki Jomei. Shoto is my older brother. were also identical twins." he tilted his head and smiled. "wait you guys are twins?" Mineta asked. "yeah." Shoto said from the back of the room. "Todoroki go sit in the back next to Todoroki," Aizawa said turning around and facing the board. Jomei walked to the back and sat down next to his elder twin, who had a small smile on his face. "hey big bro!" Jomei said with a large grin, plopping down into the seat. "alright. today we will be out training with your quirks. Todoroki twins, you two will be working together." Aizawa said in his usual monotone voice. "sounds good." the twins said in unison.

the class walked out onto the training field, filled with laughter and chatter. Shoto looked over at his twin who seemed to be trying to hide his arms. "what happened?" Shoto asked, face filled with concern. "oh its nothing! I just ran into the door and it left a really big bruise." Jomei said his voice quavering, knowing Shoto would never believe his lie. Shoto moved his younger twins' hand from his upper bicep to show and bruise in the shape of a hand along with a few burns marking his snow-like skin. "why the hell did you let him do that to you?" Shoto asked his voice slightly raising, drawing the attention of some of the closer students. "Sho-nii you know I can't stop him. if I try to it will only make things worse." Jomei said tears filling his eyes. Shoto pulled his twin into his arms, tears filling his own eyes. "you came out to him, didn't you? that's why he did this to you." Shoto said into his brother's hair. Jomei nodded and sniffled. Jomei pulled away and wiped his eyes. "lets start training." Shoto nodded his head and they walked over to there training area.

Jomei was walking through the halls, earbuds in, and head down when he walked into another student, falling on to the ground. "sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." Jomei said, jumping up and bowing to the purple-haired boy in front of him. "it's fine. I'm Shinso Hitoshi class 1-C." Shinso said, a slight blush on his face. "hi! I'm Todoroki Jomei class 1-A." Jomei smiled at Shinso. "nice to meet you Todoroki."
