It's my last year in high school. I can't wait to leave. I sling my door shut of my car and walk towards my group. I don't have any really close friends. Well, apart from Jacob, but he is in the year above, so in college. We've been like siblings since i was 3, my dad is close friends with his grandad through his job which led to us being close to the whole of his family. We know literally everything about each other. There was times when I thought he was gay, maybe because of his long hair. I don't know perhaps I was just being stereotypical. I have never seen Jacob in a boyfriend way. That would be wrong, I love him and all but as a best friend. I hit the roof my car, memorising when Billy( Jacobs dad) gave it me for my last birthday. He is such a great friend to my dad. I'm glad my dad has him.
"Hey bella-a a" that was Mike, the one who has just slung his arm around my shoulders. I look towards Jessica but I don't think she has noticed yet. She has an evidently crush on Mike but she will not admit her feelings towards him whatsoever, not even to herself! It's so obvious though. Jessica finally turns to face me and smiles. That's odd. But I'm glad she isn't hurt. "Bells, you seen the new guys"
"Noo." I shake my head in confusion she then points past my shoulder and I follow her finger to see the direction she's pointing in. Wow. There's a tall male at the front, his hair slightly jelled up. He's followed by what looks like a couple. The girl has short hair and is twirling around under the lustful arm of the person next to her with longish blonde hair. Not as long as Jacobs though. Then a girl with long blonde hair, being held tight to her partner with short black hair, who looks like he could break your neck just my high fiving your hand. "Great! New hotties at the school but they always are taken" Mike says, which makes me push him off me immediately. I see Jessica get angry at this too. "Come on Bella, it looks like it's going to rain" Jess says while linking arms with me as we leg it in side. A couple of people say hi to me as we walk through the corridors. I feel terrible for not knowing their names. But I remember the face, not the name. "Why are you so popular!!" Jessica sulked. I love how she is so upfront about everything, literally. I shrugged in reply I didn't actually know why people spoke to me. Maybe I'm just approachable. I look at my timetable stuck on the back of my locker door. Science first. Which is alright, I actually enjoy this subject so it's good for the first subject of the year!
