Dear Stranger

Dear Stranger,

I've found a small building a little ways away from the mine I was in yesterday. Inside are a television and a VHS player. On the screen is just static. I guess that makes sense since there's no VHS tape. There are two on a small table though. I guess I'll watch them, see what's on them. One of them is labeled Homestead and it has a note from a person named C.R. I saw some of his notes in that house I found a few days ago. Welp, time to play it. I'll be back when I finished watching Homestead.

I have a few things to list. A few reasons why that was creepy.

1) The Homestead was torn apart. Buildings were rotting away.

2) Something else was in there that wasn't fully human.

3) Some pictures that a kid drew was of the faceless creature I'm looking for.

4) C.R was chased by the human thing. The camera was abandoned and I could see C.R rush to the car.

5) I don't know who picked up the camera after that.

So what can I conclude from this tape? This creature was around for a while. A long time. The kids drawing was Charlie's. The child from the missing person poster. He must have been missing for a long time. Anyway, tape two doesn't have much context to it.

That wasn't any better. That girl in the video. She almost looked like the person from the mine yesterday. Let me give you some context of the video. The girl was on her bed drawing on paper. It was a stormy night and she was recording for whatever reason. Lightning struck and she picked up the camera. She whispered something. I could barely hear.

Rewatched that part, she whispered something along the lines of he's here. She went to close the doors and windows. Static filled the screen and she freaked out. She looked behind her and there it was. That thing I'm after. She ran to her room and jumped out that window. Seems like that's how it got broken... yeah. It just ended before she was fully out the house. Between these two tapes, it seems like the Slenderman has to do with these incidents. Charlie's disappearance, and that girl in the tape. I still need to know, why is he here? What the hell is his purpose? I suppose this is it, for now, Dear Stranger.
