"So, how long are you staying?" Kun asked when they were alone in his apartment.
"Don't know," Chenle answered with a cheeky grin not caring at all about his parents dropping him off in front of Kun's apartment without even seeing him go in.
"A week? Maybe two? Maybe more... My parents don't want me to stay alone for too long. Mom said they won't be able to come to Korea for at least a month so till they are able to visit again."
"I got it. I'll call your mom to tell her that you've arrived," Kun sighed.
"Of course I arrived. I know the code to your apartment after all," Chenle said with a 'duh' toneKun nodded and pulled out his phone to call his aunt. After a few rings the call went to voicemail.
"Maybe they're still on the plane," Chenle shrugged and Kun decided to try again later."So, Ten-hyung?" Chenle grinned knowingly.
Kun rolled his eyes. "What do you want to eat?" he tried to change the subject."So, should I call him!'brother-in-law' or what?" Chenle teased.
Kun sighed. He knew this was coming.
"I can embarrass myself very well. I don't need you to do that for me," Kun rolled his eyes."Wow, that was a great comeback!" Chenle seemed genuinely impressed.
"Yeah yeah," Kun rolled his eyes again."But what do you mean by embarrassing yourself?"
"I'm meeting his friends on Monday. Ten said they're practically his parents," Kun sighed."It's okay. Everybody likes you. You're the perfect daughter-in-law, Kun-eomma! You can cook, you're clean and you dress nicely from time to time."
"What do you mean 'from time to time'?" Kun frowned."Just what I said," Chenle giggled in his high-pitched tone.
"Yeah, whatever, what do you want for dinner?" Kun decided to end the topic."Just bring a fruit basket. All parents love gifts! Now, can you make me food?" Chenle asked and trudged into the kitchen to open the fridge.
Kun sighed at his cousin's behavior but followed him to see what his fridge would offer.

Jinyoung was shocked to see Taeyong knock at the door to the CEO's office but open it without awaiting an answer from inside."Hyungie!" a soft voice shouted cutely.
After his initial shock Jinyoung was even more flustered to see the supposed CEO of 127 Records engulf Taeyong in a hug. He was pretty close with the CEO of his company but Wook-hyung didn't hug him closely and he wasn't in his twenties either. Hell, this guy actually looked like he could be in his teens as well.
"Are you busy, Jungwoo-ya?" Taeyong asked and Jinyoung almost fainted when Taeyong spoke down to the CEO.
'Jungwoo' who was only slightly taller than him but was probably but looked like he was at least five years younger than him. Unlike any businessman Jungwoo smiled at him innocently not bothering to remain professional or formal.
But he politely held his hand out with a bright child-like smile. "Hello, I'm Kim Jungwoo. I'm the CEO," he spoke softly.
"Um...nice to meet you, CEO Kim. I'm Park Jinyoung, a producer of JYP Entertainment," Jinyoung found his composure and decided that he should speak respectfully. He was talking to the CEO after all.
.
.
.
"So, a collaboration."
Jinyoung nodded. He turned around to his manager and took the folder his manager gave him. He handed it to Jungwoo. "This is a sample contract our label prepared. You are free to ask for changes and the likes."Jungwoo skimmed over the contract. "This looks pretty good so far but changes need to be made. How much time do you have? If you wait half an hour, I can send you back with my suggestions."
"Ah, sure. I don't mind. But, you generally agree with the collaboration?"
"I just do what Taeyong-hyung wants," Jungwoo shrugged unbothered by the fact that he had no power despite being the CEO.Jinyoung looked at him quizzically but decided not to say anything when the smile vanished from Jungwoo's lips. He typed up sheets full of changes while consulting Taeyong regarding his demands.
After an hour of discussion Jungwoo printed out a new revised contract for Jinyoung to bring back to his company.
"Thank you for your hard work," Jinyoung politely bid his goodbye. "Till next time, CEO Kim."
Jungwoo gave him a goofy smile but shook Jinyoung's hand, professionally.
Taeyong stood up to see Jinyoung out.Right in front of Jungwoo's office a tall man with a black mouth mask waited in a chair. Although half of his face was covered, Jinyoung immediately saw that he was very handsome. He seemed very familiar as well.
Taeyong went over and hugged the man. He whispered something into his ear and the man giggled and slightly tugged down his mask to answer.
Right then Jinyoung recognized the disguised man to be Jung Jaehyun, a model at ESteem, a top Model agency. Jaehyun went into the CEO's office without knocking and Jinyoung could hear Jungwoo's joyous voice greet the model.
Was he planning to sign with 127 Records? As far as he knew 127 Records only managed musical artists. Were they possibly planning to expand? Jung Jaehyun was definitely a highly demanded celebrity at the moment.
Jinyoung also wondered about Taeyong's close relationship with the model. He has never heard of their friendship in the media. A friendship between such a famous idol and a top Model would surely make the headlines every time they were seen in public.
Well, it didn't matter. It's not like it was his business. Jinyoung had achieved what he came for. He now knew that he could work with Taeyong and he had approval from the CEO.
This was more like a filler chapter but oh well. What do you think of Jungwoo being the CEO of 127 Records? I don't remember why I decided to make him the CEO😅
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your weekend😊
I already have half of the next chapter^^
