I went to the ultrasound, for the first time and alone, and I can see the baby, it was moving! It was so small, yet so precious and beautiful, I couldn't stop crying over how beautiful it was.
You should have seen it, our baby, it is only fair for you to see it, to share the happiness with me, but, life is unfair.
I know you would have been there with me if you could. And I am not mad that you weren't there, don't even think, for a second, that I will ever be mad at you, it was out of your hand to do anything about it ... it is out of my hand to do anything about it."
