Tall Star sat in his den trying to sleep but this sentence filled his mind, 'You closest friend will have kits.' He couldn't sleep a wink, "I miss you Jake." Tall Star said silently, In the morning he was still up through the night and went out of camp for a while and looked at the sky, some stars were still visible, Tall Star looked at them, "Jake, I hope to see you again." Tall Star closed his eyes for a second, then walked to the camp and sat outside of his den, "Hows everything going Tall Star? Do you want me to send a patrol?" Dead Foot's voice startled Tall Star, "Oh yeah, its about time we get another patrol out there." Tall Star said distracted, "Is something wrong? You seem distracted by something." Dead Foot said as if he read Tall Stars mind, "I'm fine." Tall Star said in the most normal tone he could muster, "OK, if you say so." Dead Foot walked away to get a patrol ready. Tall Star went into his den and sat down, his mind kept going back to Jake no matter how much Tall Star tried to change his thoughts it always just ended up back to Jake, 'I miss you.' Tall Star thought then, "Tall Star somebody wants to speak with you!" Dead Foot shouted, "Let them into my den" Tall Star shouted back. The cat entered his den, it was a ginger cat, Jake! "Jake! Why are you here?!" Tall Star was happy and confused, "I wanted to see you of course!" Jake replied with a smile, "You could have been killed!" Tall Star was scared for Jake, "S-sorry." Jake looked down, "Its fine," Tall Star went on, "What did you wanna talk about?" Tall Star asked "Well could we talk in a place with less cats who could hear?" Jake asked, "Of course." Tall Star led him a little bit farther away from camp, "Now what do you wanna say?" Tall Star wondered, "Close your eyes Tall Star," Jake asked, Tall Star closed his eyes "I love you Tall Star." Jake said kissing him, "I love you to." Tall Star wanted to stay here for the rest of his life, "I should get going I have kits to take care of." Jake said, "Wait, what are there names? Star Clan told me that you were gonna have kits, and I want to know there names." Tall Star asked, "There names are, Ruby, Socks, Tiny, Rusty and Princess." Jake listed the names, then they went there own ways, "What was that about?" Dead Foot asked, "He is an old friend of mine he just wanted to talk," Tall Star went on, "I need to talk with Bark Face." Tall Star walked to Bark Faces den and explained everything, "Please don't say a word! You are my closest friend in the clan!" Tall Star begged, "I won't don't worry Tall Star." Bark Faces words calmed Tall Star who left the den and went to sleep.
