Trains all across the north of Fiore have stopped coming in and out of towns and this is because the VooDoo master/Witch Doctor has taken control of the citizens bodys all across the main train-station of North Fiore.
The VooDoo/Witch Doctors name is Velvina, she is planning to make an army of citizens so the council can give her what she wants and we still don't know what that is yet.
Your mission is to defeat Velvina and free the people of her control before she hurts them.
