They were sitting in a small room at the hospital waiting for somebody to speak.
Then Mary began "so what is the problem young Rosie"
"Mummy said I had a big bruise on my back" said Rosie
"Would I be able to have a look" said Mary
"Okay" said Rosie in a little voice
Mary lifted up the back of Rosie's pjs, had had a look at the bruise thing.
"I see would I be able to do some tests on this bruise thing" said Mary
"Sure" said Lisa
After about 2hours of tests and scans. They finally got some results.
Mary sat there for about 3 seconds. Then she began to speak,
"I've got good news and bad news, the bad news is your daughter has got CANCER"
Lisa broke down in tears straight away and Thomas had a sad look in his face.
"But the good news is the cancer hasn't spread, so we will be able to start operations tomorrow and get it under control" said Mary.
Rosie had a very bland look on her face, she didn't really know what was going on, Henry was just playing with the blocks on the floor and wasn't really taking any notice.
