I might look strong as a fire,
But I am as fragile as frozen wire,
My vines are small, thin, and weak,
Tears are like lightning down my cheek,
I struggle every day as light enters my eyes,
It's hard to listen to word that have been spoken,
But the truth is I know that I am broken.

Now I know I am as fast as a flame,
I am as sturdy as the iceberg that once came,
My vines can be strengthened with valor,
Lightning now strikes within me every hour,
Light helps me see the color in the skies,
I can hear the words and I know what I am feeling,
The truth I know that I am healing
