An hour later I found myself sitting on a large, grassy spot in the park waiting for whoever was going to come, to come. As everyone slowly showed up the only person seemingly missing was Bakugo. Amd so, with the sun not yet beginning to dip beyond the distant mountains I found myself shucking off my jacket and flinging it to the ground with my phone, headphones, and purse. Everyone was just chatting amongst themselves, and so to gain their attention I put my fingers to my lips amd let out a loud whistle.

Once everyone had turned to look at me I smiled, cracked my neck and started the, I guess you could call it almost a lesson.

"Alright! Hey!" I greeted "Let's get right on into it I guess! If you can't see me right now I need you to get to somewhere where you can, please!"

As everyone shuffled around I jumped about a bit to warm up. By the end of all the moving about my classmates had made a loose circle around me, and were glancing around at each other. Smiling, I got right back into it.

"Yeah, that's better!" I exclaimed "Alright, the first thing you need to know is that jf someone has a hardening quirk or some form of tough armour, this won't work. You might be able to dent the armour if you have some kind of enhanced strength quirk but if not I would skip the elbkwing part. Does anyone here have some kind of a hardening quirk?"

A guy with bright red, spikey hair raised his hand and loudly, proudly proclaimed that he did indeed have a hardening quirk. My brain told me that this was Eijiro Kirishima.

"Wanna come up here to help me demonstrate?" I asked him
"All right! Yeah, why not?!" He exclaimed with way to much conviction
"I mean, it's not like I could actually hurt you," I said with a shrug, grabbing his hand and placing it on my arm as I moved in front of him "So, soneone has grabbed you, not necessarily like this but definitely on your arm somewhere. What you want to do is twist almost into it, and then use your other arm to elbow them in the sternum. If they have any of the things I listed before this will not work but otherwise, this may be enough to get them to let go. Why don't you all partner up and just try that first part on each other yeah?"

Everyone nodded and got to work partnering up to elbow each other, some possibly harder then they should have just in practice. But, of course, without Bakugo we had an uneven number.

"Hey dude," I said to Kirishima, who now stood beside me "Want to practice with me? I make a pretty convincing bad guy."
"Sure," Kirishima shrugged

Without warning I grabbed his lower arm and smirked at him over his shoulder. As he took a moment to realise what he was meant to do and to collect himself from the surprise I leaned in closer to place my head on his shoulder.

"When I move my head I want you to twist into my grip and then use your left arm, the one I'm not holding, to elbow me in my sternum, okay?"
"But won't you get hurt?" He asked, and he sounded genuinely concerned
"Pain doesn't bother me as it bothers others. Just... if it really worries you, don't think so hard about it, yeah?"

When Kirishima nodded I pulled my head away and Kirishima got at it. Within seconds he was twisting in my grip and elbowing me. Smiling, I praised his work and then gripped his other arm and told him to repeat the motion. He was good at this.

"Everyone got that down?" I asked after a while, and when I got only positive responses I moved on "Good! Now, if that isn't nough to get them to let you go you're going to want to pull against where they have their thumb as thay is the wealest point of their grip. Once your out you can either run, which is always a good option, or you twist around behind them, grab their arm, and push down on not only their arm but also their opposite shoulder. This is pretty much guaranteed to make them drop to the ground and can also be rather painful. If you press down on their head instead of their shoulder, this works too. Like this... may I?"
"You may," Kirishima permitted

With that I moved to do everything I had just said, including both the shoulder and head variation into it. It was, as I had promised, really very efficient in getting poor Kirishima to the ground, hardening quirk activated or not. Once I had demonstrated once at a faster pace and then once at a slower pace I let the others have at it, Kirishima included. When I was downed for the third or fourth time I called for the others attention again.

"The only way I have found to get out of this position without using your quirk is to hope that they are close enough to headbut, and nine times out of ten they will be because they're holding you down. From there you can twist out of their grip and either continue to fight or run. Just remember, there is no shame to running. Here, I'll demonstrate the maneuver," I explained

Rearing back I headbutted Kirishima whilst he was not in his hardened state. Whilst he was still a little disoriented I twisted out of his grip, rolling till I was in a position where I could stand. Once I could I instantly moved into a fighting position, with my feet apart and my arms relaxed in a slightly bent position in front of my chest and face.

"Another quick tip that you probably already know but that I'll tell you anyway, is that when you are on the defensive side do not lock your arms at all and whatever you do, for the love of whatever cosmic being is out there, do not keep your arms syreight. You all probably already know this, but I tought I would say it anyway."

And so they all practiced getting of of the bad position once in it, and by that time the sun had indeed begun to set. When everyone was done they all seemed happy, and everyone had gotten it down pat.

"Next time it's my turn," Todoroki, one of the others who had gotten let in on recomendation, spoke up before they all left "Tomorrow, same time, same place. I have something you all should know."
"That's a great idea!" Iida spoke up "Everyone must have something that they could teach us to fight with without having to use their quirk! I say we all join in!"
"Hell yeah, bro!" Kirishima blurted
"Sounds like a good idea," Momo said with a smile, the other recomendation kid

I had to smile as everyone agreed. This would be a great class bonding excersize whilst at the same time we would all, hopefully, learn something new. After all, there's going to be at least once where a hero's quirk will be useless and so by doing this we would always have something to back a fight up with.
