Would You Love a Living Dummy?

1. Getting a Dummy ( no 'Karru Marri...' this time - just Kiss a Ginger Day )

You're a single girl who has many friends and wanted to be a Ventriloquist. You discovered your talent - but didn't have a dummy. And Every Ventriloquist needs a dummy, right?

So You started looking for it.

The ventriloquist dummies you found online were too expensive - but today, on Kiss a Ginger Day 2019 your 3 best female friends visited you with a surprise present. One of them rang the door - & two others were carrying some mysterious trunk.

'What's inside that trunk?' you asked them after saying 'Hi' to all. 'A present for you!' they answered happily. 'A present?... - thanks, girls, but it's Not My Birthday today' you answered them with a smile. 

'Just open it!' said your friends, putting the trunk on the living room floor.

You knelt down & opened it... and noticed a Male Red Haired Ventriloquist dummy dressed in a black suit, looking at you with his round green eyes ( Me ).

You looked at me from above & said 'A Vantriloquist Dummy?... - Thanks, Girls! - That's Just What I was Looking For!'. 'We know that!' answered All 3 & smiled.

'Where did you get Him?' you asked happily. 'We can't tell you' answered the friend who rang the door. 'You better tell us if you like him' said the one who carried the trunk walking at the front. 'I love Him! - He looks Amazing! Just like a Perfect Gentleman!' you answered with your eyes shining out of Happiness & a big smile on your face & got me out of my trunk. 

You danced around the room holding me as if we were dancing the tango together, so the friend who carried my trunk walking at the back asked you 'Is he a good dancer?' & the other two giggled. 'Of course he is! - And he will never step on My Foot!' you answered - & all 3 girls giggled this time. 

'How will you call him?' they asked when you finally stopped dancing & sat down on a chair with Me on your laps. 

You made a thoughtful face, wondering about a name - & suddenly noticed a piece of paper sticking out of my pocket. You said 'Hey, what's that?' & took it out. 'Hi, my name is Slappy' you read it & smiled. 'Seems that we already know' said your friends. 

'Yes, his name is Slappy - so I'm not going to change it' you answered happily. 

And the 'Hi, My name is Slappy' card was the Only Card you found with me. But that was enough. You didn't expect anything more anyway. 

'Hey! - You know what day is today?' one of your friends asked suddenly. 

'January 12th' you answered her. 'Yes, & that means 'Kiss a Ginger Day!' she explained & giggled. 

'I've never celebrated that... Because I didn't know Any Gingers!' you answered with a slight smile. 'But now you Know!' answered your friends looking at Me 'Just look at Your Dummy's Hair!'.

'Oh yes, you're right! - He has Red Hair!' you instantly agreed with them.

'So you think I should Kiss Him?' you asked jokingly & smiled. 

'Yes!' they all answered in a choir 'Now you have Your Own Ginger so we think You Should kiss him today'. 'He introduced himself - so you can greet him nicely' said one of them - & the other two started clapping their hands & encouraging you repeating 'Kiss - A - Ginger!... Kiss - A - Ginger!'.

All 3 of them cheered when you finally said 'Ok!'.

And then you told me 'Hi, Slappy! - I love you!' & kissed the top of my head when I was still sitting on your laps. 

And that's what brought me to Life this time. Just like some fairytale Spell said at the right Moment. I felt as if I was born again, and I was So Happy!

I quickly looked up at you, now I could see you & feel what you do, so I thought to myself 'She Loves Me? - Really?... - I Am So Lucky!... - I Love Her too!'.

My happy thoughts were interrupted by one of your friends' Scream! 

She made a high & frightened sound & her two friends asked her 'What Happened?' she answered 'He... Moved... His... Eyes!'

'You won't scare me' you answered her. 'I didn't mean to!... - I'm just saying what I Saw!' she said with a surprised face. 'Maybe I moved him & that's why they moved' you tried to find a logical explanation. 'No, he was sitting Still ! - I saw it!' she was stubborn.

'So you think that He's Alive or what?' you asked her, not believing it. 'Yes!' she nodded to look more convincing & two other friends burst in laughter!

'Hey, Slappy! Say Something!' asked one of them. 

'Happy Kiss a Ginger Day to Me!' you said like a ventriloquist, controlling my mouth. They All knew that it was Your Voice - so they all Laughed Happily & Clapped.

'Ok, maybe I watched too many Horror Movies' said the one who noticed that 'My Eyes Moved' & calmed down...
