"Baba i want you to meet my husband" i said sitting down at the table
"Aslamualakum Uncle my name is Mued" he saying shaking his hand
"He seems mannered" baba said
"He called ayesha ugly" mama said
"Because she insulted my wife but there is a reasoning behind everything" mued said
"Noor i don't like this guy" baba said
"Why baba"
"I said so and i also think he should divorce you" baba said . I tried holding back the tears.
"Baba please don't say that he's a  great guy" i cried
"Noor it's final you will get divorce" baba said getting up
"Uncle excuse me if i'm wrong but you don't know what your daughter went through and you weren't there for her when she went through it all i was and i made her feel she wasn't alone and i'm not divorcing her and your wife here tried putting on a act how she's a loving mother but she's not you don't even know what she did with your daughter" mued yelled making everyone shocked
"Ami what did you do" ayesha asked
"Nothing"
"You did something" ayesha said
"Doesn't matter" mama said
"It does" mued said
"What did you do" baba asked her
"I told my brother which is her mamo to go into her room that night and rape her, but her stupid stuck up brother had to be there" mama yelled with hatred towards me. It wasn't new to me but i still couldn't stop the tears
"Shh don't cry" mued said whispering in my ear. With his arm around my waist.
"Ami why would you do that" ayesha yelled
"Because i hate her her dad always showed more love to her than us ayesha" mama yelled
"Ami if that was me in Noors place what would you feel huh tell me" ayesha yelled
"Ayesha stop please" i said
"No i may be a step sister but i have a heart and i will stand with a woman for this one not with my mom who used her brain as men do"
"I'm taking Noor with me" Mued said
"Why" mama asked
"Because she's my wife and i don't want her near any of you" he said and took me to my room.
"Are you serious" i asked
"Mahno please don't test me right now just start packing" he yelled
"I don't want to leave" i cried
"Why so you can stay in this hell" he asked with anger
"I'm sorry don't be mad" i said as i started packing.
"Mahno i would never be mad at you ok" he said . I finished packing all my things
"I'm done" i said
"Can you help me with this button it's about to fall off" he said pointing to his button up shirt
"Let me get a needle i'll sew it in place" i said . I got the needle and thread . I fixed his button . Well walked downstairs Mued ahead of me with my suitcase . And we left without looking back
"Don't be tense my parents won't mind you and you know that they love you" he smiled holding my hand
After another 20 minutes we arrived at his house . He got out and opened my door
"Thanks" i mumbled
"Mom dad saba" he yelled entering the house
"Beta quiet down" his mom scolded him
"Mahnoor beta how are you" his mom said and hugged me
"I'm good" i smiled
"She's going to be staying with us from now on" mued said
"Oh my god that's great" saba said with excitement . And his dad just gave me a blessing.
"I'm taking you to the doctor tomorrow" mued said as he closed the door to our room
"Okay" After getting changed i walked out to see him on the bed
"I want to sleep i'm really tired and have a headache" i said
"Here take these pills then sleep" he said passing me pills . After 4 hours i wake up. I turn and see Mued isn't here. I close my eyes again and then there's a knock on the door
"Come in" i said
"Bhabi i brought food and some medicine" saba said with a smile
"You didn't have to" i said getting up . Saba and i were talking when the door opens revealing Mued coming out of the bathroom with no shirt just sweats .
"Bhai since bhabi isn't feeling good take her to the doctor right now instead of tomorrow and these are mamas demands" saba laughed and left
"So i guess you freshen up and then we will go" he said

At the doctor
"She's not alright" the doctor said getting to the point
"What do you mean" mued asked
"She's in depression and has anxiety"
"How will she get out of that stage" mued asked
"It's simple Mr.Saeid all you have to do is make her happy and feel wanted" doctor said

"Mued" i asked
"Mahnoor"
"Can we go shopping tonight me you and saba please" i ask
"I'll think about it" he said sitting down with his laptop
"Do you guys have a good reason for why you wanna go" he asked
"Yes cuz i've saved up and there's this designer who's launching her new collection and i saved up money in my account for the whole collection" i told him
"Okay we'll go at 8 be ready" he said

"Bhabi how does this look" she said showing me a dress
"It would look great on you" i said smiling at her
"I think bhai is picking out some dresses for you" saba said pointing st him
"I don't know" i said
"Mahnoor" he said
"I like these for you" he said showing me many dresses
"They're nice" i smiled
"I'm gonna go lay the bill i'll be back" he said
"Wait why are you paying" i asked
"Mahnoor i don't want an argument about this"
