~Chapter 13~

I wake slowly and turn my head to see a sleeping Harry. He looks so peaceful, his cheeck smushed up against the pillow making his mouth squish upwards.

I smile and slyly slide out of bed, walkign down to the living room, or so I thought. I stand in front of Serenity's old bedroom door, reaching my hand slowly out towards it and opening it quietly before entering and sitting on her bed

I pull my knees up to my chest and hug my legs, resting my head on my knees as I ponder over all the memories of her, the fun, sad and bad times we've shared, when we used to just lie here, on her bed, talking about what her baby was gonna look like and just random stuff

I miss her so much.

I hear a light tap on the door,

"Hey" Trinity says, "Can I come in?"

I nod and she sits beside me

"I miss her" I whisper, a tear sliding down my cheek

"I know. I do too" Trinity smiles slightly, "That's why I wanted to talk to you, in light of the sad news I wanted to celebrate you and Harry and your little one"

My eyebrows furrow together and she catches on that I'm confused

"I think we should start with the wedding, start planning and setting up, we all know your engaged and you guys have been through so much lately so I think this is the perfect opportunity"

"But why now? Serenity was always supposed to be here for this, for my wedding" 

"I know but you can't let one sad thing suck you into depression. Come on, Harm, you have a family now! A baby girl, Harry and us"

"I think your right" I smile and Trinity smiles back, "But theres so much to organise, hens night and grooms night, the actual wedding, guest lists"

"I don't think so"

"You don't think what?" I ask, utterly confused

"I don't think thats your style. You and Harry, your love is extravagant and crazy, passion and love filled and for crying out loud you guys cemented a relationship before even knowing each other. It was literally love at first sight, and when you found out he was a vampire you didn't think anything different of him in the slightest. You guys don't do extravagant, massive displays of love because all of that is so clearly displayed int he look you both give each other. So I don't think you need a Hens or Grooms night, or a big wedding or even a massive guest list, you just need each other"

I smile at her, "I think your powers have expanded"

"How so?"

"You basically just mapped out my love life in a split second" I laugh

"Oh great, because a love monitor is so helpful when we get attacked" she chuckles and we both laugh, the tension and sadness in the air exploding and falling away like broken shards of glass from a broken window

"Well, what are we waiting for?! Let's get started!" Trinity exclaims, jumping up and taking my hand

"I think Trinity's right" Harry says, after I explain our plan to him

"Really?"

"As long as your ready, I can't wait for you to be my wife" he leans forward and pulls me from beside the bed to on top of him, before rolling me over so he hovers over me, our lips inches away from each others

I look into his eyes and realise Trinity's right, as we both stare into each others eyes, no words or actions need to be said or done, everything we could ever say to express how much we love each other is said by the way we look at each other.

Harry's dazzling green orbs look at me with such love and adoration if I had been standing I would have fallen to my knees with the passion of it. As Harry agonisingly slowly leans down to kiss me, the door slams open 

"Hey Harm are you ready to -woah" Kate says, eyes wide, "I feel like I just walked in on a very intimate moment and now I feel really uncomfortable"

"You did and you should" I laugh, as Harry rolls off me and onto his own side of the bed "What did you come to ask me?"

"If you were ready to go dress shopping yet but I'm guessing not just yet"

"You would be right" Harry seethes, picking up a pillow and throwing it at Kate

"Ok geez," Kate groans, dodging the pillow, "Be ready in 10 minutes, ok? Ok"

She closes the door and I wait for her footsteps to silence before rolling onto Harry's stomach

"Where where we?" I smile

"Getting interrupted, apparently" 

I laugh as he sighs and lean down to kiss him slowly, it's a small kiss one that could be overlooked as a tiny peck but to us it's the most passionate kiss we've ever had

"Woah" I breathe heavily, "That was intense"

"Yeah that would be the vampiric over-stimulation"

"Vampiric over stimu-what?" 

"As vampires all our emotions are heightened so every kiss, every touch feels more passionate because of the heightened emotions it's the same for anger, sadness, grief, it's both a blessing and a curse"

"You never told me that. And why only now I mean we've been kissing ever since i changed so why the sudden difference now?"

"Well, in some vampires it has to be kicked in by an overwhelming emotion, a big loss or love that shocks it into over-stimulation"

"So when Serenity..."

"Yeah" he whispers, "Yeah, that would do it"

Harry lifts his hand to brush some hair away from my face, his fingers lightly grazing my cheek sending an electric current through me, shocking my body and making me feel alive

I gasp and Harry rolls me over so he's on top of me again as we begin to kiss, my heated daze of passion blinding any sort of rational thought as I open my mouth in a gasp, allowing Harry's tongue access to my mouth. 

"HARMONY!" Kate yells, "I CAN HEAR YOU! WE NEED TO GO!"

I pull away from Harry, "FINE! GIVE ME A MINUTE...or five"

Harry smirks but I slide down from underneath him and jump off the bed, heading for the door

"Sorry Harry, but the wedding dresses are calling me"

"It's fine, you have fun" he laughs as I walk downstairs

"Ready?" Trinity asks me

"As I'll ever be"
