Rico sat on the edge of the skyscraper. He dangled his feet over the edge whilst texting away on his phone. Then he received a message from the agency. It was a recorded message so Rico turned up the volume and pressed play.

"Rico Rodriguez, we've received word of some type of secret government project being developed with a Clock tower serving as it's front. We need you to head on over there and investigate. Don't arouse suspicion. Goodbye."

The message ended. Rico slid his phone into his jean pocket. "Stealth isn't my strong suit but I'll manage. Secret agent Rico at your service." He chuckled softly to himself before getting up and stretching.

"Seems like there's never a dull moment in this town. I like it." Rico ran towards the edge and jumped off. He lifted his arms and his wing-suit deployed allowing him to glide.

He scanned the area looking for the clock tower. He landed on a nearby rooftop so he could better assess the area. "Now where can I find a clock tower in a town?" Rico continued looking around before finally spotting the clock tower. "Ah! There it is!" Rico lifted his arm, he had a Grappling hook device on it. He made a fist and a grapple cord shot out towards the clock tower and connecting pulling Rico towards it.

Once Rico reached the side of the clock tower, he still had to scale it. He began to climb the bricked wall of the tower setting his boot on a firm and sturdy foothold. He continued climbing trying to not arouse any suspicion, which is kinda hard when you're climbing a clock tower in the afternoon. Soon Rico reached a maintenance hatch and pushed it open climbing in. He wiped his forehead clean of sweat. "Now that was a race against the clock." he quipped. Suddenly Rico heard a door slam above him and he went silent listening in.

Above Rico a voice spoke "I keep on telling you sir, we can't bring it back to working order! We did find it in the middle of the ocean." Rico then heard the other voice which sounded more masculine and deep. "I do not care. I want it repaired and in one piece. I don't care how much it costs or how long it will take. I want it done now." the first voice spoke again but it was wavering "B-but s-sir we-" the second voice stopped the first one. "Get. It. Done." Rico then heard footsteps and a door being slammed shut. The First voice mumbled something. Rico began crawling forward in the small crawlspace till he reached a metal grate. He pushed it up and to the side and crawled out.

Rico hid behind a desk and looked around. He was in some sort of large lab and in the center of it was some sort of giant metal owl, strung up with cords and held up above the floor. It was certainly undergoing repairs but what puzzled Rico was the high quantity of drills and other equipment meant for doing the complete opposite of repairs. Rico also saw that the first voice came from a scientist. Rico watched as the scientist picked up a power drill and began drilling the Metal owl's wing only for sparks to come from it and the drill bit to break. The Scientist sighed as he picked up a jack hammer and tried to lift it up.

Rico came from out behind of the pillar and aimed a pistol at the scientist. "Don't move." The scientist was startled and dropped the jackhammer causing Rico to grit his teeth as he was worried that would alert any guards nearby. "Tell me what's going on here. Now." Rico kept his gun trained on the scientist as the scientist shuttered. "S-sir I- I can't tell you. It's top secret and I could risk termination!" Rico still kept his gun trained on the scientist. "Losing your job should be the least of your problems-" The scientist interrupted Rico. "N-No I won't lose my job i'll lose my life!". Rico sighed and pushed past the scientist "Move." Rico went to a computer and began to hack it. The Scientist bit their fingernails nervously. "S-sir please-". Rico raised his hand non verbally telling the scientist to talk to the hand.

Rico finished hacking and the computer beeped showing various graphs and blueprints. "What is this?" Rico looked through the various files when he felt the barrel of a revolver press against his head. "None of your business i'm afraid." the second voice from earlier now was holding Rico at gunpoint. Rico swung around and tried disarming the man behind him only to be shoved against the computer and kicked to the floor. The man aimed the pistol at Rico spinning the barrel. The man looked shockingly similar to Di Ravello back in Medici yet.. Somehow Different. The most obvious difference was a thick beard. "Tell me. Who are you and who sent you?" Rico growled softly at the man. "I won't tell you. However. I am Rico Rodriguez. That's all you need to know." Rico glared at the man. The man shook his head and chuckled. "Rico Rodriguez huh? I've heard of your work my friend. Quite impressive if I do say so myself." The man went to a large shelf full of various books and files. The man scrolled through them with his finger till he found a black covered folder. "Here we are." The man pulled it out from the shelf and opened it.

"Rico. I haven't told you this. But I am your father." The man grinned. Rico's eyes widened. "Y-you're joking right? My Father died-"

"When you escaped that coup? Sorry Rico but you were mistaken. However, you were halfway right. Your mother is dead. I however am alive and well. Right when you decided to drop in unannounced I was working on a special project." The man flipped to another page in the folder. Rico stood up. "And what would that 'special project' in question be?" Rico huffed and placed his hands on his hips. "In due time you will find out. However I cannot be bothered right now. My guards will escort you out Rico. Oh and one last thing." The man closed the file and place it back in the shelf along with the other file that Rico was going to steal and give to the agency. "Don't think about coming back here again. You won't see the end of it. Goodbye Rico, i'll see you later, not soon." The man smiled and snapped his fingers. Two guards grabbed Rico forcibly and towards a window. "W-wait? If you really are my father? What is your name!-" Rico was thrown out the window. The man turned around to the window and looked out to see Rico wing-suiting away. "Antonio Rodriguez."
