Chapter 3

~•~Joely's P.O.V~•~

It was finally Friday again and we are leaving tomorrow and I am super excited I hope me and this hayes guy could be SUPER MEGA BEST FRIENDS or if he is nice and attractive maybe he could be my boyfriend.

I didn't even eat dinner because I was so excited and you can only see that on a rare occasion because I love my food!!

My whole room was packed and I'm getting ready for bed so I picked out some pjs, showered, blow dried my hair, got dressed and brushed my teeth and I was finally done and so I plugged in my phone for the last time in this room and tried to go to sleep but do you know how hard it is to sleep when your excited plus sleeping on the floor with only a blanket and a pillow.

We had to wake up at 5 and we were gonna leave at 6 and I think we are gonna stop in Illinois tonight and then sleep a little and go straight to North Carolina. This is going to be a LONG, LONG day.

We were about 4 hours into the trip when I realized something, number 1, I need to pee and number 2, we are in the middle of nowhere. So I asked my dad "how long until another gas station?" "Not for another 15-20 miles" he replied.

Oh no what am I gonna do I can't just pee on the side of the road so I asked my dad "what do I do if I need to pee?" "hold it" he replied.

Oh no this is a big problem but it must have gone by fast cuz I was thinking about all of these scenarios in my head of if we never got to the gas station. But eventually we did and I had to go REALLY bad.

Another 4 hours have past and now we are 1/2 way done with the drive today. Ugh only half way and I am super bored so I just decided to take a nap but it was nice cuz I had the whole back seat to my self so I layed (A/N: layed?😂) down and tried to sleep (A/N: has anybody done this cuz whenever I go on road trips I always get the back and I do that, idk but ya) it was surprisingly really comfortable and I fell asleep really fast.

I woke up and I checked the time and I had slept for 5 hours! YES! Now I only have 3 hours left in this horrible car. For today😩.

I decided to check facebook, I haven't really checked that in a while. I saw that I had a couple messages. That's weird nobody ever messages me. I opened up the first one an it was Grant. Yay. #SARCASM. It said: "Oh no why did you miss school today, did you finally kill yourself like everyone wants you to."

Ouch. Well that hurt.

Next couple were just from people at school that always bully me, some we just

I was finally done reading all of them by I didn't even care because I would never be seeing them again!

By this time we were almost we at the hotel so I started getting all of my things ready to go inside.

Once we got into the hotel room I changed and brushed my teeth and hair.

I am totally prepared and unprepared for the rest of the ride tomorrow and meeting the Griers. Like what if they don't like me. These questions just kept playing on in my head until I finally drifted off to sleep.

A/N: Sorry for not updating in a couple days but I am at my grandparents house right now and it is almost midnight so this might not be the best update and I also start school on the 3rd.
