Virgil was sitting in the back of the lunchroom by himself like he always did. It was his first year of high school and he wasn't very good with talking to people on the fact of his major social anxiety.he never really ate lunch just a bag of chips every now and then especially when it came kids always picked on him but the bullies he feared the most were the older popular kids. Roman who's in the 11th grade and the leader of the theater club was like the headmaster of them they did and said anything he told them to they followed him like little puppies following their owner. Along Romans side were three of the other bullies James, and his twin brother Liam who were both in the 11th grade to and Mason who was in the 12th grade there was also his two main friends logan who's one of the most intelligent 12th graders to have ever lived, and Logan's boyfriend and Romans younger brother Patton who is in 10th grade and possibly the nicest person to have ever walked the universe.
Patton never liked seeing Roman bullying others and Logan didn't really enjoy it too but Roman didn't like bulling people either he only did it cause he always thought that's what others expected out of him. He hated bulling just as much Patton and Logan and anytime he bullied anyone he wanted to slam his head into a concrete wall especially when it came to virgil a 9th grader he thought was really cute.
It was loud in the lunchroom so Virgil went on his phone plugged in his headphones put them over his ears played his fall out boy play list and blasted the volume. He looked down to get his sketch book thin looked up for a split second and automatically wished he didn't cause when he did he saw Roman who was staring directly at him from the far end of the cafeteria.
Fear plastered Virgil's as he saw a smirk creep across Romans. Still terrified Virgil quickly looked down and opened his sketch book to start drawing.
(Roman noticed of course) "hey be right back guys." Roman stated as he got up from the table. But knowing Patton he got up and fallowed Roman and knowing Logan he went to get his boyfriend knowing that Roman wanted to go alone. But it was too late the three were surrounding Virgil and even though Virgil was looking down he still could tell that they were there by there shadows covering his book. He shut his eyes tightly and gulped as Roman spoke. "HEY, hot topic." Virgil's head was still down and he was pressing his headphones against his ears trying to avoid Romans voice.
"LOOK AT ME WHEN IM TALKING TO YOU!" Roman said firmly gripping Virgil from the inner corners of his hoodie that was a bit too big for him and pulling Virgil twords him making his headphones slide off his head and holding him against the wall. Patton looked at Roman thin at Virgil wanting to do something he just looked at his boyfriend.
