But then disappears after a papers fined for Vigilantism?! One Tokyo's most publicly talked about hero is not a licensed professional! But soon after 'Solstice the Silent Hero'. Of Tokyo disappears!"
Reporter 2: "After the black eyed hero! Known to the public as 'Solstice'. Vanishes! The crime rates, theft, robbery's, have risen a noticeable amount. The balance has shaken quite a bit, pro heroes stationed in Tokyo have taken the load.
Before were speaking ill of him because of the fact 'Solstice' wasn't a professional.
Now are asking for him to come back. So he can take the load that has fallen. Because of the hooded hero's disappearance. In both the media, and works of heroism.
Right before he had disappeared the media was in a uproar against him. After finding out that he wasn't even licensed. Many middle tier heroes denounced him, saying that he should leave it up to the 'professionals'.
For that he was fined for Vigilantism. Even though the people excuiting the fine didn't really know who this 'Solstice' is.
