Bakugo is the best and most character that has a noticeable difference in his character from 1 to 3
Out of every character who got half ass developed like Deku or Tsu he's been fully explored and still is so
No other character has a strong enough motive to be a hero or the will to be one like him
Everything he does can be justified an example is his reason for not wanting Deku to be a hero and that could be summarized as he doesn't want him to get hurt or killed
And when deku suddenly got a qurik it's understandable for him to be pissed off for all these year's
