Why am I even here

So here I am again in the same damn room i'm in every week with the same nurse asking me the same questions."Akiko...AKIKO!" My nurse yells at me." What the hell do you want." I snarled."Akiko Takahashi you will not yell at your nurse like that." My nurse said sternly."Alright, Alright I get it."I said in a very sarcastic voice. Why did my nurse even care at this point she's been trying to get me to talk about the accident ever since I got here. Theres nothing to talk about anyways and I've been trying to tell her that for weeks but apparently she thinks that if she tries 100,000 times shell get through to me." Akiko I just asked you a question, please answer."She said."I know its the same question you ask me every week."I said."I ask you that question every week because every week you don't answer."My nurse said giving me a stern look."So what makes you think i'm going to answer it this time."I said glaring at her." Akiko you will never get to leave if you don't tell me what happened."My nurse said giving me her famous stare. But I wasn't going to fall for it this time."Maybe I don't want to leave, maybe I like it here."I said. But we both knew that was a lie I've been wanting to get out of here since day one."Akiko I don't want to argue so why don't we go to lunch and pick this up next week."she said."Fine"She smiled. Just than one of the guards came in "Nurse Yumi they need to on the other side of the building some patient caused a ruckus."My nurse nodded then turned to me and said" Why don't you go and get us some lunch ill meet you there."I nodded and she turned and left with the guard. I stood there for a few minutes deciding what I should do this has never happened before my nurse was always with me. I could escape. No they would be expecting that. I could kill someone. That would just mean i'd be in here longer. I decided to just go to lunch. As I walked in I looked around the room. Most of the tables were filled I got my lunch and sat at a table in the very back just then a boy sat across from me I looked up at him and my eyes widened. Oh shit I thought...
