Some one asked me why i trace. I don't always trace, i mainly draw myself, but when i trace, i mainly do it because im very insecure about my art.
People like Lauranges and KyaniteJaye inspire me (I do not trace them) to keep going.
I always have this great picture in my mind before a draw, but when i put it on paper, i crumble and throw it away. It's like someone is telling me that my art is horrible, and its not worth anyone's time. Im trying so hard to just figure a style out, im pushing myself too hard, and bringing my self-confidence down. I cant do eyes, i cant do hands, legs, hair, or anything that really relates to what i mostly draw (Voltron, Warrior cats, and My ocs)
I really want to keep drawing, to get better, and im trying to.
That's why i trace. To learn eyes, hands, fur, and everything else. I don't want to suck at art.
But I've learned something. I've looked at KyaniteJaye and Lauranges and their improvement. Its inspiring me to keep going. So i will keep drawing. I will keep trying.
