Flashback Pt.1

Three years have passed. Soon I will get to shift to a human.

I still remember when I first got here as if it was as clear as day.

Flashback - Three years ago, arrival.

I was being picked up by Marie and then wrapped in the same blanket I once used.

She placed me down on the ground quickly and shifted into her grey sibierian wolf and picked me up with her snout/mouth by the ends of the blanket that held it together.

The others too did shift, Julius turned into a mixture of a greyish blue wolf that was far bigger than Marie's who surprisingly was bigger than the hazel wolf, Travis.

They all looked at eachother as if they were talking and then nodded.

Here came the cold which rushed into me like a storm.

I curled up in the blanket as Marie ram through the snow following the two others and kept on running for what seemed like an hour now.

I fell asleep at the rocking of the blanket and had no dreams, just the pure darkness that engulfed over my vision.

Some Time Later...

"Wake up Alex, Come on!" I heard an angelic voice calling out to me from above, is it an angel?

I slowly brought my eyes to open and saw a slim slender shadow figure.

Marie.

I gave a loud cat growl/whine *myself yawning* and got up off the soft cushion I was resting on.

I looked around and found myself in a room, I didn't really know what happened but I recall myself falling asleep from the rocking inside the blanket that held me.

"Starting from today on, I'm not babying you anymore so you better get used to it. Get up. "

Woah ..harsh much?

I got up quickly, stretching my paws and gave a meow.

"We are in my brother's room, who doesn't come home so this is pretty much yours to scratch and whatever you like. Just scratch this bell if you want anything replaced." She placed down a small shiny golden bell beside the velvet coloured cushion I layed on.

"Tomorrow you start training so you also better be prepared and if you'd like you can venture around. Just wear this okay? " Holding a black spiked collar, she placed it around my neck and it had a strong smell of her and a small bell was heard as I moved.

"This collar is a sign that you are part of this pack. So no one gets to harm you. "

I was actually pretty proud. Yet why a collar?

I loomed up at the dark blue door and back down to find a door my size, I walked through it and the mini door flapped?

I was hoping i would get faceplanted by it but ....nevermind then.

The hallway was clear and even I looked up I would find the obvious, paintings and portraits possibly displayed weapons also.

A set of legs suddenly came out of nowhere and I gave out a small hiss from the sudden surprise.

"Woah. When the hell did we get a cheetah?" The masculine voice also sounded surprised, he sounded close to Travis' voice but deeper.

He picked me up by the sides and faced me to him making us face to face.

His emerald eyes had held alot of joy and a hint of richness, his expression was gullible I should say, his lips had a sort of smirk.

"Hey Marie!! Why's there a cheetah in here!? " he turned his head to the side and called out to Marie who was surprisingly there.

"Because she is, I and Alpha Julius took her in. " she answered with a sigh.

"What's her name? "

"Alex. Alex Augustine. "

"....Augustine...." he thought deeply about my last name and looked at me again.

"I just realised your eyes are different ...so is your patterns." he looked at me straight in the eyes and then to my tummy.

I gave a loud growl so he could put me down, but no he just had to giggle.

I gave another growl and started scrambling about.

"Okay, Okay wait lemme just place you down jeez! " he slowly brought me to the floor and his legs were seen once again.

I let out a purr and rubbed the side of my head on his legs to show him that I was thankful.

"Your welcome Alex." his legs came lower into a bend and his hands soon was petting me.

He then walked somewhere and I did the same looking around the hallway to face many doors on the sides.

I came to a stop when a case of stairs was on my right with the matching carpet of red lead down the stairs to a double glass white door at the end.

I thought of something as I saw the grand railing of the stairs. A slide? Ya.

I looked to the empty hallway and then behind and found a chair and and table so that I could jump to the head.

I grabbed the legs of the chairs and found no entry to the top until I used my hind legs and took a high leap into the air leaving my tail to stick out.

I made it onto the top of the cushiony chair and then hopped to the table which wasn't too high.

I took a step behind me and than ran through the table and jumped onto the head of the railing successfully.

I made myself into a comfortable position so that later I could jump off.
